Customer service not good at all..Not organized ..

It is a very nice store both for the service and the treatment of the employees. They have a wide variety of products.

Voy varias veces en semana. Estos dias me ayudo un chico con unas bombillas pero no recuerdo nombre. Tambien me ayudo Kimberly en jardineria. Muy servicial. Gracias!

Excellent service. I find the tractor. The store is clean. Were our associates is friendly and helpful. The telephone line is damage, lowly sound and only one line for the store.

I like shopping in Home Depot of Caguas, P.R. because employees are very client friendly. And I find what I need. And in times of Covid 19 they keep us safe. Customers need to keep distance though.

NEEDS MORE HELPFUL PERSONNEL. SOMEWHAT OUT OF ORDER. NEEDS A BETTER STORAGE.

I deeply recommend provide training and seminars to the Security located at the entrance of the store. I presume that the store managers established rules for Handicap customers with ID, so I can get in the store presenting his ID and doesn't has to get in the outside line. In my last visit to the store , I showed the ID to the security man and his response was that the ID is for the special schedule that apply up to 10:00 a m after that hour the person has to get in the line like every other customer. That was very. very disgusting for me as well as for other customer that came walking with difficult using a cane.
