Excellent help

I was looking to purchase six appliances. The store was clean and well organized. I quickly found what I wanted, ordered it, and paid for it in record time. The customer service was phenomenal.

Great experience dealing the the employees at this location, very friendly and helpful with my project.

Everything was fine with this store as cleanliness, helpful employees and the store had what I needed. As I checked out, the store was apparently having problems with the POS system for debit cards. I had to run my card three times and entered the pin three times. Each time the card reader would say declined. The fourth time instead of running as debit I hit the credit button and it was approved. Later on that day (4/10/2019) I checked my bank account and sure enough my card was charged 4 times. I went back into the store to fix Home Depots mistake where I was told there was nothing they can do about it! Once again everyone was friendly but as far as I'm concerned I was robbed by Home Depot, and for them to be able not to do anything about it is despicable.

Try the Michigan Ave store. They might show concern for customers.

The employees are very interested in what they can do to make your visit a easy and more noligable and the price is great and the store seems to be very clean and the easy to get what you need and not hard to get your purchase paid for so it does not take you a long time to pay for and get home.

We had previously been to another home improvement store searching for a new washing machine. The store we were at earlier in the day had no one to help us so we walked out. We walked into the Canton store which is the one we normally shop at all the time anyway, and there was a sales woman in the appliance department. She was so very friendly and she answered all of my questions upon her introduction even before I had a chance to Ask them! The overall experience was perfect. All the employees that I encountered along the way through the store, all had a smile on their face.

Kate in kitchen dept is awesome so knowledgeable doesn’t pressure you and is very helpful and patient. I am excited to be working with her on my new kitchen. Home dept you definitely have a great employee on your team!

We wanted a countertop microwave,and needed assistance to choose the right one for us. The young lady in the department took her time to answer our questions and looked for the information we needed. All through the store we were asked if we needed assistance and were directed to the right section of the store. The employees are commendable.
