Great associates and great prices too!

Jim, the Pro, Lisa, the gracious, and Pat are to be commended for their interaction with me on Saturday. They added a professional human quality to my visit to the store. It was not just a purchase it was an experience. Because of their people skills I will be back to your store specifically. They make customers want to return not just a one time sale. The store contains all types of products but the people/employees are the most valuable assets to the store for continued business. These folks are true representatives of this moto. Incidentally Pat at the Return Desk on Saturday morning started the positive momentum going just as soon as I walked in...greeting me warmly. Hats off to the store and the manager. Good followers must have a good leader and good leaders must have good followers. See you the next time I come.

We go to this store several times a week and since day 1 every employee that we have encountered has gone above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness, which is why we choose this location above all other more local home improvement stores in our area. Great job and a huge thank you to everyone at the Leeds location!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Store layout is much better than the competitor. I do not have to walk from one end of the store to the other to get from plumbing to electrical, only to find out that an electrical item, is over in the plumbing section.

super friendly helpful staff

Everyone was very friendly in assisting me. The day of my refrigerator delivery came. I was supposed to get a call a half hour before delivery. I did not get this call. The delivery guys said they were close by. I explained that I still have to empty out my old fridge. There were 3 very friendly guys and they immediately saw that it was going to be too hard to get the fridge up my stairs because it was so narrow. They worked it out and got the very heavy fridge into my house. Thank goodness there were 3 strong guys. Without them I would not have my fridge installed. Their names are Spencer, Laheem and Gilbert. They worked really hard and never complained. Thank. you to them.

This is a great store! Always plenty of help throughout the store. The employees were fast, courteous and definitely were professional. The store was bright and well stocked, making my visit to shop here a pleasure!

Catskill store #6176 Leeds is the best! This store rocks! Great selection, something for everyone, local designers.Hammer, nails, etc. My wife buys me a gift certificate for Christmas every year, best present ever!

Always a better shopping experience than more urban Home Depots where disarray seems the norm.

I lean towards shopping in Catskill, NY HD compared to the "bigger" HD in larger cities. Catskill HD employees are friendly, knowledgeable and take time with a customer.

on todays date 10/10/2018 i entered the store at approximately 8:45 hours, i did some shopping and decided that i would purchase 3 sheet of plywood and get them cut. While in the wood aisle an employee came up to me and asked if i needed help in which i replied yes. He explained to me that he was going to have to ask me to leave the isle for a few minutes so they could stock some wood. After waiting for 20 minutes the aisles were still barricaded off . I complained to another employee who immediately went up to the fork truck driver and explained to him that i was dissatisfied. The employee never looked at me but said loudly" that's something new!!" and kept working on his tasks. I immediately went to the front front of the store and aired my complaint to the manager ,who i believe his name was Pete, who was very helpful and took me back to wood area and ordered the employees to help me. I understand shelves need to be stocked , but not by keeping a customer waiting 45min while doing so. The stocking of wood that needs a forktruck and barricading the isles should be early morning, or after closing. And not but least , Home Depot should of Zero tolerance for employees who speak at customers the way this employee did.

Great store.. Employees are wonderful. Dealt with Penny who works in flooring. She came over and helped us with a stove. Went out of her way to help us. Thank you Home Depot of Catskill for having such kind employees. Another person who has helped us a great deal with other products is the store manager. He found out my husband is a veteran, as he is. He could not do enough, and wanted to make sure we were happy.

Always find what I'm looking for here (and sometimes more than I expect!), staff is always very friendly and helpful

This store is over all has many choices to choose from. our cashier was polite and friendly thank you Alyssa, The reason I said good instead of excellent was the person in the door area was to bother to talk to his friends to get up and show up where something was in the store, this is the first time we had this happen, because we usually have questions but could only be bother to tell us what isle it was down.

Store is always clean and up to date with products for upcoming seasons. Staff courteous and knowledgable and helpful. I am always able to get immediate assistance when I need it.

This store has improved its customer service over the years. Employees are knowledgeable enough to assist you with your inquiries and product applications.
