I found every employee whenever asked for assistance to out of their way and take me where ever I ask about a product. And answer any questions related to that product.

The employees are couteous and very helpful and polite, the store is clean and well stocked.

The store is super clean, have the things I need, close to my house, the staff always promptly to help you.

Upon entering the store, the overall appearance was pleasant. The store seemed clean and organized.

This store always has everything you need very rarely is it out of anything. The staff in the paint department are the best. The entire staff are very helpful, I have been to other Home Depot’s and I like this one the best.

Excellent store, great customer service and I can always find someone working close by if I have any questions. This is one place where the employees are actually knowledgeable and have real life experience based advice.

The cashier who helped me stopped mid transaction, twice, to check her phone and to text someone. This is unaccepable. The use of phones for personal reasons, other than emergencies , should not be permitted in the store. And for sure, there was no emergency taking place from what I could see. There are competitve stores that offer the same products as HD, so you're going to differentiate yourself by the quality of the service you provide. Allowing your employees to use their phones (which I'm sure is not actually permitted) is wrong and not going to get you high customer service ratings. Especially if the use of the phone interrupts a transaction! I did not say anything to the cashier about her rudeness, because it probably wouldn't resinate with someone her age, but I've certainly made a mental note. If this happens to me again at any of your stores Lowes, or my local Ace Hardware, will be my go-to stores in the future.

Sal in millwork was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful front door. This is why I shop at central islip instead of bayshore even though it is closer to my house!

The best place to buy a good Christmas Tree in the Islip area. This is my 4th year buying a tree there and the service and trees are wonderful.

I HAD NO PROBLEM FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND IT WAS AT LEAST HALF OF WHAT I WAS EXPECTING TO PAY. THE STAFF AS ALWAYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND WHILE TALKING TO ONE WAS DIRECTED TO SOME BARGAINS THAT I HAD NOT EVEN CONSIDERED. IT WAS A PROFITABLE AND ENJOYABLE VISIT.
