ALWAYS GET THE ASSISTANCE NEEDED

Love this store. Everyone is helpful. the paint department gal knows how to mix color matching. she is very knowledgeable about products fro that department. The cashiers are the best in explaining any questions you may have. There is always someone on the floor asking if you need assistance. The store is super!!

The Beaver Falls Home Depot always has friendly employees who are always helpful. And none of them ever try to pressure me to buy anything.

I came in with questions about outdoor sheds and a young man accompanied me outside to compare and contrast MANY sheds. He gave me handouts to take home as well as pointers on what to consider before making a decision. I feel like I almost made a bad mistake and now I will definitely upgrade to Tuff Shed products, due to his "tour". Great customer service and suggestive selling skills!!!

My trip to the store was an A+. The 2 men I worked with in flooring were both courteous and very knowledgeable thus I bought flooring and am having their contractor install the flooring.

If you need appliances see Pat and the employees at the Chippewa H.D. They know what they are talking about and they go the extra mile to help you.

The Beaver Falls store is staffed with very friendly, people that are willing to help. I'm not a professional contractor, merely a DIY'er, so occasionally I need "How-to" advice. The staff people have always been quite good re. their expertise, advice, dos & don't, etc.

Good store. Helpful employees. Good stock supply. Clean and most rows are organized. WARNING: be prepared to do your own self-service check-out as this store usually does not have many cashiers at the registers. If many customers are using self-service only ONE employee is circulating to help all customers.

Cassidy was extremely helpful in assisting me with my self-checkout process, and she didn't quit trying to make sure my military discount was applied to my purchase, even when the register locked up.

I was shopping for LED lighting. Ed, my Home Depot associate, explained some of the finer nuances of LED lighting. I purchased LED lights that had switches to select color and intensity. I incorrectly thought that if I selected the Daylight color (5000K) an attached dimmer would allow me to "dim" into the other colors. Ed informed me that the dimmer would only allow me to change the power output of the color I selected and not switch colors. Ed also gave me suggestions about what LED color to select for different rooms in the house. He made my experience educational and fun. Thanks Ed!

I needed assistance. It only took a couple minutes to find someone and she was friendly and very helpful. Front help wanted me to self checkout but I prefer a cashier and don't mind waiting. In fact the people in front of me did self checkout and I was checked out before they were!

This location is smaller than many Home Depot stores but the people are outstanding. Wish they'd expand into the vacant retail space

this was the rudest experience I ever had at the home depot,from any of them I have been to. poor customer service,cant fix an issue they caused, then talk trash about the customer as they send them to customer service, best of all,i was the one who found the problem before I left the store, and you cant fix it??????????
