This is my favorite Home Depot store. I drive a little further just to shop here. The employees have always been extremely friendly, very helpful and the store itself has always been neat and organized.

Our store is not the largest store. But is a very friendly, efficient and positive store .

This store is always clean and products displayed very well. The associates are always very helpful and friendly. The products are easy to find and if you can't find something an associate will gladly help you. Sometimes I have the deer in the headlight look and an associate will suddenly appear and help me with what I am looking for. I always have a great shopping experience as I am in this store frequently.

Everyone at this store is "customer service No. 1" You can't just walk around and window shop without someone asking if you need any assistance. They are kind, considerate and always SMILING. It makes shopping very pleasant.

Donna in the flooring department has been so helpful with choices and decisions we have had to make in redecorating our home. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in these areas. Thank you, Donna.

Jack Parker was precise with the cuts on 8 pieces of plywood for my project. He also patiently reviewed the order of the steps I needed to take to be successful. He was gracious even as he answered other clients during his time with me. I left the Clayton Home Depot with a happy heart & a full car!!

I have never left this store, feeling that I did not receive the absolute best in customer service. It is always a pleasant experience and seems to make the rest of my day a little bit better. Ian & Johnny- A winning combination for Clayton, Georgia's Home Depot! Ian at the front of the store, cashier at lumber side, is very friendly & helpful. Both with directing us to what isle we need to be on for a specific product & for fast friendly checkout. Johnny in the lumber area is always helpful with picking just the right material we needed & for the professional/accurate cutting of them. Thanks Guys!

If you are a contractor or property manager, you need to ask for Georgi when you go to the Pro Desk. She is amazing. She is very attentive to detail, very familiar with H.D. policy and works very hard to keep you as a Home Depot customer. The entire staff that I deal with is very focused on customer service. It has been such a pleasure to work with a vendor that puts the customer first. The management of this store is very lucky.

It is always a good experience when shopping at the store. The associates are always friendly & helpful, and the store is neat and product stocked.

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Usually employees run from you in large chain stores. Every one I encountered was eager to help and I got what I came for. Even the cashier was so nice and helpful. We talked about how great the experience was in the car on the way home.

Clayton Store Associates are out of this world! We are in the process of renovating our bathroom and that includes replacing the door. At the store we noticed a barn door kit and also a new offering of a complete barn door solution; the door and the mechanisms all-in-one. We asked the store associate some questions; she promptly looked at the manufacturer’s web site for the answers. The website didn't provide the specific information. The associate wasn't deterred - she found another associate in the store who provided the answer. Due diligence and a smile solves most problems.

Jeanie Brown (JBS1L4) was most helpful in demonstrating the various features of selected washer/dryer combinations which greatly assisted in our buying decisions.
