Tool department has many items out of stock

I was just getting off of work after doing the overnight shift and was feeling a little tired I walked into the store from the greater to my exit was a happy wonderful experience make sure when you go in you ask for Carol the manager Kevin the manager the cashier Isaiah or they call him zay or miss Denise you will not besiree everything was able to be found The store was clean and well lit and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Went in to purchase a door lock with video

The Home Depot Specialist took care of multiple needs and when we couldn't find a part that was supposed to be in stock, helped me find an even better one with a discount for the same price. Definitely recommend this store.

Store is generally easy to park at, shop in and get out of quickly

Greeted with a smile and a cart. Had excellent service in the key station. Associate was friendly, efficient, polite and labeled all 6 of my keys on the cardboard cutout. Associates in the self checkout helped me find the QR Code. They were very pleasant too! I found everything I was looking for quickly. A great experience at the College Park HD.

toilets ,bathroom fittings

Paid for items that were abundant in stock and no one could find them. Manager never showed even after requested. Waited over two hours at just this store and no one could find my items.

There was only one cashier and after waiting for more than 15minutes, it turned out the product was 36" where the description says 12" pull chain

Just need better employee customers

Biange made our check out very easy. She was kind and helpful.

The employees were getting ready to close the store and they were still friendly and pleasant.

This store has the best customer service!

The associates are very friendly and helpful. Not hard to locate help at all. The aisles were clear, no clutter. Not hard to find parking either. This is actually one of my favorite locations.

Being handicapped, it is difficult for me to travel this large store. The personnel are always kind and accommodating. They are the reason I prefer this store.

Staff Farhia, Iika, and Anthony helped me locate and cut important word work for a task I needed today. Very friendly and helpful!

Customer service cashier went above and beyond in helping me with my Christmas tree purchase on a day when the store computer system was down. Indya was outstanding when she could've been short and inpatient.

I don’t think there’s another HD in the district that provides better customer service than College Park. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel valued.

At the checkout I asked for help loading the door in my car and the employee at the checkout who not not even teh cashier was extremly rude, disrepectful and unprofessional. I was shocked at his behavior and certianly will not shop at this store again.

You can spend a lot of time going through 50 to 100 2x4's to find 15 you would want use.
