Customer service left a lot to be desired. We waited for about 20 minutes once my husband went and asked for help and then were told different things by everyone we spoke to about the extended warranty.

Mikey in paint was very helpful, kind, and patient during the process of my husband and I picking out paint for our nursery. After leaving paint we headed to checkout. Diane eagerly assisted us as she us looking around. We appreciated her consideration and positive attitude! Today we had a pleasant and relaxing experience which was more than refreshing! Thanks again Mikey and Diane for making a great day even better!

We left feeling like we were oart of a team at Home Depot. No pressure applied here, just kindness an patience in helping us find what we were looking for. If you are in the appliance area look to see if Kathy is available as she is the best!!@

In 23 years of shopping at Home Depot, I have never met two ladies more friendly than Ms. Theresa and Ms. Myra! They provided great customer service, friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and big smiles! I usually dread going to HD, but now I will look forward to it in hopes that I will get to see those ladies! If more associates and people in general were more like them, the world would be a much brighter place! Y’all stop by and see them! Ms. Myra is in Gardening and Ms. Theresa is at the cash registers (self checkout today). They literally turned my frown upside down and best part of my day!

We needed a section of linoleum 16 x 4 feet section. We were told we would have to purchase a full 12 x 16 section. We asked if we could get assistance in splitting the 12 foot roll into 2 sections (a 4+ ft section & a 7+ ft section), and we’re advised no. We asked about getting a saw and just cutting it in half. I mean it is Home Depot, don’t they sell saws…. We just expected better service. We also did not like the fact we had to purchase such extra linoleum when we did not need it at the time.

I was told I'd get free delivery and set up on a freezer I purchased. Delivery was free but I had to threatened to send the freezer back before the men finally agreed to unbox the item and plug it in.

This working named Mike was the best employee for any store that I have ever gone to. He took the time to help us answering our questions and suggesting products.

I wish it was closer to me. I live in West Little Rock and our local store is no bueno. Cant find an employee, if you do they don’t seem to care or know what tgey are doing

Worker in the department that display the doors informed me he was off the clock while he was sitting behind the desk. I asked him if he could hand me and item off the shelf that I could not reach. It took 5 mins for me to find a worker to hand me the product.

Great service from employees, had everything in stock that i was shopping for.

The cashier Shanese was extremely helpful. She assisted me and took her time even though they closed in 5 minutes. She helped me save money by signing up with a Home Depot card and she treated me with the most respect. 10/10 will be coming back just because of her!

Bought a garage door and was helped by James panrin and was very helpful and polite.

We were making a fairly large purchase and asked an employee by the name of Tallen Macon to help us. He was wonderful. Very polite and helpful, it took over 2 hours of looking through cabinets and countertops and he was nice the whole time. Even when I could'nt make up my mind. He really went all out to make sure we got what we wanted and that everything was going to fit right. Tallen should be recognized as a valuable employee because he goes all out for his customers.

Everyone was very helpful and we found everything we needed.

Employees are helpful and friendly. I like seeing our “wiser” (seasoned) employees cause they can help me with projects with their knowledge and experience.

found blinds i was looking far hard to find till i went to home depot.With the help of Amber larry and Thomas they made my day with the right blinds for the right price.

We bought a Roper washer, it lasted 2 1/2 years. We bought a Maytag washer about 12 years ago, had a warranty for 10 years. The pump and motor now has problems. So now buying another Maytag washer. Hope it works for at least 10 years.

I've always found the employees to be friendly and helpful at this store.

Aisles are jammed and cluttered. The garden center is unstoppable due to clutter and everything being stored there.

Tallen Macon helped my husband and I with ordering our flooring in our house. He was amazing!! His customer service was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. He even called after the measurements were taken of the room to make sure I didn't have any questions. We really appreciated his customer service, his follow up and his patience! He is a great asset to Home Depot!

I'm still in the process of remodeling a outdated home. Patrick was very helpful and very knowledgeable in addresses my needs. The next day I returned and he happen to rum into me, but was addressing another customer but as soon as he finished he had taken care of me again. In my Salt-n-Pepper Voices "What a Man..What a Man" ! He made sure to l;et me know to come see him if its anything else I needed. Maybe pictures will be posted at a later date.
