I came for concrete sleeve anchor screw sets. George in hardware was very helpful. He understood what I needed. He chose the best option available in the store & even gave me smart advice about installing. However, the hardware itself was cheaply made. The nuts stripped the screws & then the screws broke off at the wall (I couldn't remove them). We had to get proper American made hardware & had to make new holes in the wall. George is Great! but won't buy your hardware again. Returning product.

one of the worst HD stores that I have found

it used to be better before.. but some good pro guys left the store... and the long line to pay at cashier its a nightmare.. overall out of 5* --- 4* its all they get from me.. thanx home depot..

I stood at the paint counter for 5 mins watching a guy that worked behind the counter ignore me. When I asked if he was the only one, he said unfortunately yes. I said I needed help, he said that he had to input orders into the computer and fill up his uboat and maybe he can help me in 10 mins. I told him that was unacceptable. He said what do you want for me, I am alone. I cant help you right now. I told him this was horrible customer service and I walked away, not getting what I wanted. Fire the guy at the paint counter that works nights. Horrible work ethic. He didn't even acknowledge me at all until I waited, look his way and then spoke up.

The store was very clean and the associates were very friendly I will definitely come back .

No one in Flooring dept. for 25 minutes despite being called "overhead". When someone arrived they were new to the dept. and were not helpful. This happened twice on two different days.

Even though this Home Depot didn’t I have what I was looking for I still received great customer service .

Purchased a pre assembled grill to realize once home that it was missing screws. Called store 3 times waited over an hour to speak to someone to be told to come out to get the missing parts. Once I arrived at the store the employee proceeded to take screws off of other assembled grills for sale and hand them to me and said oh well it will be the next persons problem. Please check anything you purchase to be sure all the parts are attached. Will not be shopping here unless absolutely necessary.

When I need assistance it came right away I was very satisfied with the employees

Sweet store, helpful employees. Place is kept relatively clean and neat. All kinds of awesome tools for sale there, great plants for lawn and garden. Employees willing to help and if ur not sure about something they give good advice such as buy them both and return the one that doesn't fit.

Very convenient, plenty of parking. Seasonal checkouts need more check out clerks. The check out area gets very very congested with only one register . Carts full of bags of mulch, soil etc. difficult to navigate in a tight area.

Julius from flooring was one of the most helpful people I’ve come across in the home-improvement business lately . Julius resolved all my questions and challenges. Solving my days tasks Patiently, Kindly and with great customer service in general!! Thanks Julius !!

This is my favorite location. Staff is always very helpful and the store is always neat and clean.

This HD needs more employees. It takes a while find a floor associate for help. The return desk is always backed up, it's never in & out fast. I waste too much time waiting around.
