Absolutely the best! Customer service was the best I have ever had at a Home Depot.

When in thinking I would need to replace an underground section of drain pipe. I know this would be the best way to fix it, but I was looking for an easier and innovative option to try before digging up my front yard. The associate (Rick) was very helpful and suggested a couple of alternative solutions.

Excellent and knowledgable customer service representatives, combined with a great assortment of reasonably priced merchandise make this my go-to Home Depot. We've used them for everything from carpet install to light fixtures to sand for the sandbox to mulch and MUCH more!

Better prices and service! Would recommend this store to anyone over any home improvement stores.

People are very friendly and helpful and the store seems to carry more inventory than other stores. I would rate them much higher if they had more people available to help customers with questions and to get product down. This store is crazy busy and they need more help available than other locations to handle the customers. The people there are very nice and do the best they can.

Shopping at the Crescent Spring Kentucky Home Depot is like shopping in the town of Mayberry. You couldn't have any nicer or more knowledgable people working there than you do now. Love this particular store. I am so glad they are in my town.

The Doris and Bob in the garden center were very friendly and very helpful and will be shopping there again.

Regularly poor service especially in assistance at register, heavy items, etc.

This location is great to shop in. You can always find an employee when you are looking for one, the store is clean, everyone is very helpful and friendly; especially Raymond on Register 1!! Thank you for making my Home Depot trips fun!

Just want to say what fine people you have working in the kitchen appliance department at Crescent Springs Home Depot. I think I have talked to most all of the salespeople there about the appliances. No joke it took me eight months to figure out what refrigerator, stove and microwave I wanted to purchase. All were lovely and patient with me.

This store's employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend going to the Garden section for a pleasant shopping experience. They sure know how to give helpful advice.

Every store associate knows just about where you can find any item that you are looking for

It's a warm Saturday in February and only 2 check out lanes open besides Self Service. Lines in both check out lanes of customers with building supplies or carts with several items. 1st lane clerk doesn't know how to scan and very slow. discusses break with another employee while trying to scan items for customer; 2nd lane older female clerk wants to chit chat with two elderly ladies purchasing plants. Thank goodness for the clerk at the builders desk. Able to check out two customers with building supplies on carts in the time it took the other two clerks to check out their customers. I'm sure others were there today to purchase items and get back home to get something done on such a nice day. Very frustrating. Also found store to be cluttered with carts in aisles making it difficult to get up and down the aisles.
