just a good store been going there for many years never had any type of issue,

I never write reviews but it is just ridiculous how bad the customer service has been at this store lately, I have gone various times In the last weeks and each and every time I go the staff is just in a bad mood, irritated and basically just don't want you to ask them any questions. I don't know why everyone is acting like this during the pandemic but I just think they need a real reminder about customer service.

Have management practice just respect for the contractors that are providing bussiness for the store during these times

Rude store employees and store manager! Forget getting a simple answer. You are prompted with a bad attitude and kick in the but!

Great Store, Better people and the Best Service in Trying Times

CYPRESS HOME DEPOT IS ON POINT THROGHOUT THE COVID-19 CRISIS. THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE THINGS WORK AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Marci was nothing short of amazing. She spent 20 minutes with me helping me with getting my credit line increased to be able to complete my purchase. She never seemed annoyed or that I was a burden given that I was taking up her time. Adam (manager) was quick and efficient when getting our item from the stock and Jeremy was kind enough to help load the heavy item into our truck. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you all.

Friendliest Home Depot than others and help is easy to find. If product is not there, they ask if I'd like to be notified. That right there is 5+ stars.

If you are concerned about the virus don’t go there until they implement the safe distance while waiting In line. I tried to keep a save distance but the illiterate person was so close to me and just kept creeping up to me every time I moved up an inch. The cashier was oblivious to what was going on. There is no markings to let people know they need to keep the safe distance. I am over 70 and this is not acceptable as the state has mandated this safe distance

We just had the most wonderful experience at the Cypress Home Depot. I spite of the virus situation, we were able to purchase everything on our list and received excellent help, saving us time and money.

This store is one of the best as all Home Depots stores are a step beyond any competitor they may have. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy received from Angelica. She has a friendly smile that make you want to come back again and again. She's helpful and very knowledgeable about her store products and services. She greets all customers with a friendly "Welcome to Home Depot" I like that..."If I can help you find anything just let me know or you can ask any of our helpful attendants throughout the store" "Enjoy your visit". Wow! It make me feel important; like someone just rolled out the red carpet for me...Amazingly professional...I'll definitely come back again and again.

Is a great store, one of the Best Home Depot stores we have ever visited, and now is our go to home store for the rest of our lives............we love this store. All employees were so kind, and very helpful-at all times.

Every time I visit the Home Depot in Cypress the employees are always extremely helpful and friendly and seem to enjoy their job at this store. The store is always clean and I never have trouble finding the items I want.

The lady grace that worked at the register at the big roll up door was awesome.made me laugh and really helped.me out on getting my materials for my job the best part was how welcome.she made.me feel great experience look for her when you check out they need more employees like her thank u kurt

Given my experience today, I would give the Cypress Home Depot store a BIG ZERO!! The two staff people I encountered were dismissive, inattentive and rude. They had no desire to solve their staffing problem. (NO cashier in the Garden Dept at all!!! The cashier simply walked away (without saying a word) and didn’t return.). The second staff member inside refused to contact the manager once I advised her of the issue. Really?!?!?!?

Great service and fast checkout. Employees are always willing to help load your items in your vehicle. Thank you Hodepot staff!

I shop at this store instead of the one in my neighborhood because of the friendliness of it employees. Stock is always full and I usually find what I come here for.

Great store, always well-stocked. Associates are always helpful, friendly. Getting in and out of the store is always very efficient. Helpful and pleasant for Seniors.

Slightly lower sales tax rate as this is Orange County. My nearest LA County Home Depot is slightly closer but again it has higher sales tax rate. Store is clean, fully stocked and employees are usually helpful.

The selections of all products is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and most important, this particular store has the best customer service of any Home Depot I have gone to.

Cypress Home Depot is the best! The employees are friendly and helpful, the store is neat, clean and well stocked. I usually don't need to ask for assistance but when I have had to, it's been my experience that the associate is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to be helpful.

This is our neighborhood store and we always find what we need and sometimes what we don't need! It's a pleasant atmosphere with many great employees, lots of inventory, in a great location!!
