Nice store, nice associates.

Employees rarely wear face masks properly nor do they enforce the same to too many customers who don't care. Can not rely on in-stock inventory data so its a waste of time thinking you can check on in-stock inventory prior to going to the store, causing the customer to search other stores with better inventory control which may have the items you need. Return desk always have customers trying to get replacement tools or what every because they bought the warranty thinking Home Depot backs the warranty. Mobility scooters are rarely functional. Limits many items from military discount. All this at a time when home improvement stores are making record profits.

Scheduled for flooring estimate for today paid $35. They did not show or call or email, wasted my entire day waiting. Store will not acknowledge they made a mistake by calling some "ghost" number instead the number i provided. my order number : H4604-262947 If i don't hear back from store manager to let me know how they are willing to resolve this issue, i will gladly take my $9,000 over to Competition

All i can say is the service I have been provided is beyond poor, it is completely unacceptable! I ordered a bathroom vanity, and after asking if it had a backsplash, found out it did not upon installation. I then ordered a backsplash that was received broken, I then ordered another backsplash which was also received broken! When the store tried to re-order for the 3rd time, Kohler said it was back ordered and they couldn't accept an order. I then asked to speak to a manager and waited more than 20 minutes but one never arrived.

The prices at this location are good. You can easily find employees throughout the store to assist you with your questions or any purchase. I rented a vehicle to transport my bulk items; the vehicle rental process was very smooth and easy. I only wished during this time there was a way to have some mobile sanitization stations throughout the shopping isles as this would help with safety during this time. Sometimes I would like to sanitize my hands after handling some materials if I forget mine or for those who do not have to keep everyone safe. Overall it's a good store with variety and well stocked shelves.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone wore a mask and checkout was quick.

Cashier yohana was helpful! Our transaction was tricky at first (trying to use a coupon that we got for getting the credit card) but at the end we got what we went for & all of the employees were very great

Worst customer service every, if you even have a chance to speak with someone for assistance. Do not ask for a refund it takes over two-weeks.

This store is great. I prefer it over Lowe’s since the price is better and they literally have everything I need for myself. I’ve been to this place at least 50 times this year. Also the employees are friendly and the store is clean.

Home Depot - Dale City is the best Home Depot in the Northern Virginia Area... I saw the best appliance sales people who helped me like I have never been helped before... The showed how I could improve my home and when I should make my appliance purchases... Mark Vowell especially deserves credit for his appliance expertise.... Thank You... I will be back for the next sale...

Absolutely outstanding service. Very professional and friendly. My son recommended a lawn mower. I walked in found a very clean store. I found the mower very easily. The department manager, Mr. Nice, and later 2 female employees were extremely professional and helpful. The two females went out of their way to lift a heavy box containing the lawn mower and placed it in the shopping cart. Way to go ladies! Kudo. The cashing department was outstanding. There was someone assisting customers maintain their 6 foot social distancing and pointing to a cashier. No long wait. Things moved very fast and super efficient. Another great reason to be a very satisfied customer. And their 10% discount to service members, active and retired, is highly appreciated and goes a very long way. Keep up the great work. I will rate Home Depot as a 5 Star..

It has better selection of products than Hybla Valley, Alexandria, store.
