This store is really clean and organized, people Work there are very helpfully,thanks for that.

Excellent customer service from Travis with my curbside order and the plants I purchased. The store was great about folks wearing mask, which is awesome as I have an elderly, high-risk parent. They should be proud for taking such good care of their people and customers.....and awesome plant selection.

This is the first place I’d go when looking for things to put on my patio. The different range of items and the prices is lovely.

The Customer Service/Returns desks are well organized and very efficient. Customers experience very little waiting time. The men's restroom needs to attention. The air exhaust grille on ceiling is blocked with dirt and dust restricting air circuation

This store is good and they assist customers nicely. Ive bought lot of stuff from this store. Even if i dont have much idea about a product that am considering to buy, i always asked for help from the associates there and they always are supper happy to help. Mostly at the plumbing area in the store, ive got so much support from francis. Homedepot generally have great prices you can never compair anywhere.

I find the help in all HOME DEPOT stores disappointing for the most part. Except Barbara in Woodbridge is very helpful.

employees not wearing masks, no hand sanitizer, wipes ect. not safe for employees or customers , please fix the problem

This store is convenient to my home and normally have any scheduled or unscheduled product I require. The personnel are always available and helpful. I will always stop there first.

I frequent this location regularly. I use it for home, business, and holiday shopping. Great staff. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Never a problem with returns either. Keep up the good work!

Associate at return and pick up desk are awesome

The employees at this location are well trained and have great customer service skills. They are visibly walking around in their orange shirts to help and answer your questions. They are very knowledgeable. Mr. Travis helped me consistently for almost a whole week with making my purchase. I had so many questions and he answered each one patiently. I still left not sure if I had made the right decision but he assured me that I had. I am so happy that I made the purchase because the faucet is just as beautiful as I imagined it would be in my bathroom. He even suggested that I shop around before making my purchase and I did but overall Home Depot was the best choice. He deserves an award and a raise. He is a definite ASSET to the Home Depot staff. He has a great attitude.

I have bought most of my home products from this HD. The company has done work in my home, bathroom, kitchen appliances, and garden items. I had a very negative experience in the paint department last year and when to Sherwin Williams. I have had very disappointing moments with the personnel in this establishment. I went into the store today and was thoroughly surprised. The store was far more organized and physically pleasing. Finally, the staff was courteous and kind.

Excellent store associates, these people are very helpful when you even need to fix or chance something in your home ASAP and you don’t have full idea on how to do it. Ask them for the help you need and they will nail it for you.

Location for your products will go a long way and walking the customers to the items they are looking would be great. I also had another concern when I return items I have purchased- the associate who processed my returns opened one of the products I was returning, which was unopened and explained it was store policy to do so. I used to work in Loss Prevention and our store policy there was that opened items would be marked “damaged” or an “open box item” which would have to be sold at a discount. I had my receipt when I returned my items. I called later that night to speak to a manager about what happened because it seemed suspicious to me. I spoke to a manger name Carl could not understand what I was saying so, I finally ask if it was store policy to open a unopened in front of a costumer said Carl was not concerned and unprofessional. It seem like I was nuisance to call and voice my concern. Carl quick got off the phone. Thank you, Kay

I been going to this store over 10 years. They did all my home renovations. They use to have great customer services. I understand it is the Holidays seasons is the busy for retail but providing poor customers services, and knowledge of the products you sell will go a long way. Hopefully you can turn it around till then I suggest if you are new to the area go to a different place. Thanks, Louie

I have to say, it is a pleasure to shop at Home Depot over the competition. Customer service is outstanding from the time I entered to roaming around to making an appliance purchase. Mark, in appliance was exceptional! He's the "guy" to ask for. Great customer service is hard to find these days and when I do I absolutely believe recognition is important. Kudos to Mark for your friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and and personable service!
