The Home Depot offered economy products for consumers that do not need professional quality items and they were quite satisfactory in quality and the price range that they were in.

My experience here at the Danville store was very good. The young man that assisted me was Daniel. He was friendly and very helpful and really seemed to be enjoying his job.

I drove 30 minutes out of my way, passed by my local Lowe’s to have my first Home Depot experience! After hearing so many great things about this company, I was excited to have my first experience a memorable one. It was certainly memorable, but all in the wrong ways. I was left on hold for 15 minutes, told what I asked for and quickly hung up on. I went to the store to get a wheelbarrow which I was told they did not have any assembled. So I went to go grab the only box they had but it said no bolts written in sharpie. I had a employee come by to help me in which they informed me they did have some assembled. Taking all my items to self check out the most that 2as said to me was “cash or credit” The rest of the conversation from the employees happened within their inner circle by the self checkout registers as they complained about how long they had left to work in using vulgar language that made me very grateful my three-year-old was not with me. I left the Home Depot receiving better customer service from the self check out robot than I did from any human being that wore a Home Depot outfit. Never shopping there again.

Shopping in the store seems to always be a really great experience. All the personnel seem to show the real importance of being sure the customer is satisfied.

Your manager and the woman that works in the paint department is the only reason I purchased a riding lawn mower. Two very nice people.

The store is always neat and clean when we come over. If someone is need a certain tool, wood, nails, screws,etc. I reccomend Home Depot is the best place to go. From 1 to 10, I give a 10.

Nice clean store and the employees were friendly and cordial. My problem there was getting a mistake in an order corrected. After several calls and waiting for call backs from customer service which never happened I finally got someone to help me. They were not able to correct their error to my satisfaction so I just will probably go elsewhere for appliance purchases. i don't need to have to deal with this type of incompetence.

I searched for items in two different departments: The associate working in the plumbing area was knowledgeable and helpful. The lumber department was not. I struggled to load my cart with the lumber I selected and then had to load my vehicle with no offer of assistance from an associate.

Sarah in lumber was outstanding in the way she helped me and made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me pick out each piece I needed and she cut it for me. She even took me to the area to find the brackets and paint I needed. Trish in paints was very patient with me as I picked out the color paints I wanted, and she gave me great advice to ensure I was happy with my purchase. She also reminded me to buy sandpaper for my project. Cashiers Rob and Angelica were very friendly, helpful, fast, and thorough.

When I purchase and pay for appliances that are in stock and given a delivery date, then I expect Home Depot to meet its obligations and deliver the appliances! Yesterday, Home Depot delivered my new washer but not the dryer - it is coming in another 2 weeks! That basically makes the washer useless to me. No benefit in complaining because the management does not listen or really care!

The store was clean. The employees at the store greeted us as we walked into the store. Yvonne in cabinets and Percy in appliances did a great job with assisting my family. Both associates were friendly and very helpful.

I would recommend the Danville Home Depot to any of my friends needing items for home improvement. The items are neatly arranged and priced competitively. I had no trouble finding what I needed. The checkout cashier went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my purchase. Other stores could take a lesson from this store and cashier on how to treat their customers.

We had a great experience at this home depot. The store manager Kim was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get us the product we needed for a great price. The cashier Tiffany was very sweet as well and she made our checkout very pleasant. I would definitely be coming back to this store. Its was very clean and well organized. The people work there seems to be very happy. This is evidence of a great store manager. Thanks Kim for making our shopping experience a great one.

Employees talking amongst each other and not offering assistance to customers. A great deal of standing around and waiting for assistance just to be told that the item in stock that I wanted to purchase couldn't be located in the back. This is the third time this has happened to us. We will not be back.

I live near Roanoke, Virginia and haven't had the pleasure of shopping at the Danville store until this evening when I was looking for an outdoor patio heater and found there were none in my area. When I called the Danville Home Depot my call was taken by an extremely nice customer service representative named Karen. She was friendly and warm and answered all my questions. Because I called around 8:45 p.m. and my purchase took about 30 minutes, she must have had to stay past closing, but she didn't act like she minded at all. She arranged for my item to be picked up by my husband next week and made my purchasing experience stress free. If the other Danville Home Depot employees are anything like her, I would recommend this store to all my family and friends. My sincere thanks!
