Very unfriendly. not helpful. Couldn't care less about customers

The store is clean and stocked. Yvonne was an amazing help and knows her job well. Helped us with our countertop purchase and explained everything throughout the purchase. She answered all our questions without hesitation. Yvonne is an amazing asset to this location! We will return with our future home projects.

Pleased with services rendered. Personnel were polite and courteous as they provided assistance. We were not ignored as in some competitors. Special thanks to Yvonne Kalz for her special assistance and comments pertaining to the products we purchasing and having delivered.

Much better service than Lynchburg store. I live in Gretna va. I'm almost in the middle between both stores. I'll be going to the Danville store from now on.

The non wearing of mask os a risk to all...You are either helping society by being a part of the solution and not a part of the problem. You let those who are a part of the problem bring it into your store and you ignore it...Unacceptable

That assistant store manager Percy Is very helpful and the sale cashier Denise was very friendly. They made my trip to Home Depot that much better by them being there to help me.

I was lied to about her refunding my card after she rang up the rang item. It was hundreds of dollars too and I am beyond upset.

The customer service in this particular store is AWFUL!!! I stopped shopping at this location years ago, but decided to return based on a sale. I thought that after 5-6 years that the service would've improved....WAS I WRONG!!! I was the only customer on line behind 1 that was being served and waited for 20 minutes while 2 other store attendants stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing!!! When I was finally served, there was no friendly communication exchange like, "Sorry for the wait or have a nice day". CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS A DEFINITE MUST AT THIS STORE!!!

Everyone at this store is very helpful and prices are very competitive.

The Home Depot Danville store is the best. It is always very clean, all employees are friendly and helpful. The pro desk is outstanding and if we need something special they always make sure we get what we need. Al is the best!! Being in property management for over 30 years, you recognize the importance of team-work and having employees that take pride and doing a great job. The store is well managed and maintained. It is a pleasure being a customer at the Home Depot Store #8493 in Danville Va. I rate the store as excellent.

My experience in the Danville, VA store was excellent. All employees I encountered were very courteous and helpful. The store itself and restrooms were clean. My experience at this store was excellent.

Home Depot is normally my favorite home improvement store but I have to change as none of the employees that I encountered were wearing face masks or distancing during this highly contagious time of covid 19 virus. I hope they take up these precautions soon or I cannot go back as I am in the high risk category.

I was traveling and shopped at this store to buy a needed supply for a home project the next day. I was delighted to have the most helpful and efficient associates in the paint department and at checkout.

The store manager Mr.Smilie Percy Spivey is awesome. He worked all across the store with no sweat. I needed help with buying a washer and dryer and there he came around the corner smiling willing to help. Mr. Percy knows his products and helped me pick the best product for me. He knew how to use the computer to make the transaction understandable, smooth, and easy. Thank you Percy for an awesome experience. You are A Winner !

The store was clean, checkout was fast, most of the employees were friendly when you spoke to them. Some said hello first. I found great products that I was looking for. Carol at paint was a Sweetheart, Karen at customer service is awesome, and Jennifer at checkout was helpful.

This is a great store, has very helpful employees, and if you need help in the paint department, Trish is the best help that you can ask for.

This Home Depot store is one of the cleaneststore i have every seen in a,long time. I did get paint from thr paint area. I had a great experience. I asked the lady for paint with little or no smell, and she allow me to test the paint for smell. I brought the paint she suggest to me with little or no smell.
