This Home Depot has a great staff! They are very pet friendly and most employees have dog treats on hand. I have never met a rude employee at this Home Depot. This store is easy to navigate and very clean!

The folks here are very helpful and courteous. I find these prices at Home Depot to be more competitive than other Home Improvement Stores in the area. It's a very clean store and people have gone the extra mile to make sure I'm a happy customer.

VERY CONVENIENT STORE. GENERALLY HAS WHAT I NEED, BUT OCCASIONALLY DOEDS NOT BUT CAN DIRECT ME TO IT. GOOD KNOWLEDGABLE EMPLOYEES, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO PROVIDE TIMELY HELP.

Checked online for tool -said was 3 in stock- none in stock when we got there. Took 3 staff members to look on computer for item. Could not say why item not in stock or when it would be available.

I went in on Black Friday to try and get a sales price on an item I had purchased 6 days earlier. I received the credit I was hoping for with no issues; whatsoever. It seems in this day and age I am always ready for there to be some kind of problem with what I need. It is a gift when you receive a “yes” and a smile. Thank you

Always find good stuff here. Last trip was a simple in and right back out. We did not need any help but employees actually made eye contact and asked how we were doing, not pushy but willing to help. The check out went smoothly when the contracting desk called us over and rang us right up. She was super friendly and made the visit worth it. The girls up front always go above and beyond to make our trips across the bay worth the toll.

The manager was very accommodating. The sales clerk and lady at the cash register were very friendly and did their jobs very timely. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The Destin Home Depot has always been very helpful in all of our family home improvement needs. The tool rental section have gone over and above everytime I have needed tools for improvement projects. On today's project I had issues with the chain saw and they have replaced my rental with a new chain saw and adjusted my rental hours. They have and are always very considerate, professional and courteous in every shopping experience.

This is a wonderful Home Depot in Destin, FL! I shop online for many things, but when I come into this HD on occasion to shop, I am never disappointed by the friendly, helpful employees who work here. The store is clean, is usually stocked neatly with everything I'm looking for, and has knowledgeable staff. If they don't have something in stock, they're happy to get it ordered or check a nearby store's stock, etc. Overall, very pleased with Home Depot Destin!! A++

The store is very large and well stocked; not always easy to get assistance.

This is by far a much worse store than any other Home Depot I have shopped. Found product but never received assistance, even after waiting 15 minutes for anyone to show after paging. When I asked the cashier about the problem she said "oh, we heard the page but that person was on break with me in the lunchroom". She did not bother to ask if I still wanted any help. I left discouraged and went to Lowes to buy the items I needed.By the way, I received help immediately from a crew member.

Our washer finally gave up on us and we were not looking forward to buying new ones. I drove myself crazy reading reviews online, but our in-store experience at this Home Depot was fantastic. We worked with Margie in the appliance section and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy and honest. We would definitely recommend talking to her about any of your future appliance purchases!

I wish you had carpet that I could purchase and have installed in less than three weeks. I was hoping for sometime the same week I purchased.

The Best Home Depot Store in Florida.... everyone is willing to help !

As a resident of Niceville, FL the single largest drawback to this store is LOCATION. Having to pay $6 to cross the Mid-Bay Bridge in order to access this business is getting to be quite tiresome and is costly.

The pro delivery feature has got to be the best service and value around for us DIY-ers! Delivered to your door for just $19.99 so you can begun your project! The pro delivery driver (Kurt Reynolds) goes out of his way to make sure "it's done right"!

I had not been to Home Depot before and went solely for plants. But I was exceedingly surprised by the large varieties from which I had to choose. I shall definitely go to Home Depot again--and next time I shall go into the store per se, not just the garden shop. I was totally delighted. I found exactly what I was seeking. The only assistance I needed was direction. The garden shop--which is all I entered--was quite clean and the salespersons whom I asked directions were immediately responsive. They were friendly and helpful.

The store is great, also the workers are awesome.

All the employees working today were pleasant and we were asked if we needed help out. We declined due to not like asking for help. There was an associate outside when we were on our way to our car and he saw what we had and that I was on a cane and it was just my husband to lift it into out vehicle. He said, let me help you with that, not just asking, but actually doing and that meant a lot to us.

this store is always much busier than its competitor so i believe that the store looking less organized than others is because it seems to have a lot more going on. especially when it comes to the professional trades.

In addition to having a good selection of home improvement supplies, the employees at this Home Depot are extraordinary. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. In truth, I haven't been to a Home Depot that was not this way, but I have been to other home improvement stores that were not - that is why I shop at Home Depot.
