Every time i need assistance in this store I don't get it. I ask for help and no one ever comes in electrical.

Conveniently located and almost always has what I need.

Good parking,clean store, good lighting, friendly associates, easy checkout, in and out!

I had to ask 5 different associates before I found one who knew what I was looking for and was able to show me where the items were located. The associate who was able to help me was Jay. He took me to where the items were. The other associates either did not know what I wanted or had no idea where they were located. They simply sent me to this aisle or that aisle and had me going from one end of the store to the other. Not one of them, except Jay, offered to take me to the place where what I wanted was located. I was ready to leave and go to one of your competitors. Thanks to Jay I found exactly what I needed and was able to purchase them. Your associates need some training on where items are located and how to properly assist customers in finding them. I get better service at the Home Depot on Soncy than this one. The Soncy store was out of what I needed, that is why I went to the Georgia Street store.

I always check out the flowers around town but always end up getting mine from Home Depot. They have a nice selection at a fair price.

I feel like the Associates really can make or break what you think about a store. I have always had an excellent experience here because of all the Employees being so happy. Makes me want to come back.

I know the store layout very well as I shop there several times a week. I like that is conveniently located for me and I can find what I'm looking for easily.

Asked for help, someone called to come help me and nobody showed up after 10 minutes stopped another employee for help they said they would get someone. Still no one showed up. I guess I'll try Sutherlands

When an employee argues with a customer something is very wrong. I asked an associate a question and he became belligerent with me. Really good job Home Depot management.

The store was really clean and the parts that I was looking for was super easy to find, the employees where easy to find for help if I needed it also the store had great service.

When asking where a small part was located, an associate brought us directly to it and told us which one he would recommend. Very friendly and straight to the point.

I needed a new fixture for my porch light the selection and prices were good, and I love my new LED light.

The associates were very helpful and polite. I found what I was looking for and checked out quickly.
