At store 6315 I required assistance in opening a Home Depot credit card account. Without the assistance given by Assistant Manager Joe and Service Desk Agent Tajarra I would have canceled my home generator order and left the store. The courteous and professional manner of those two instilled confidence in Home Depot and its employees The process of being qualified for the credit card was tiring and time consuming. Joe and Tajarra made the process bearable and are true assets for Home Depot.

Great service, very friendly and helpful

Employees at this location were very helpful. It was my first time at this location, but it won't be the last. I found most of the products I was looking for, but asked for assistance from a couple of employees and they were very helpful in showing me the product and the selection. The store was clean and inviting. Great people and great service equals a great shopping experinece

Shopping was made easy with a drivable scooter. I could get to all the isles needed to pick out my products. The employees were very helpful to. Seemed clean & the isles clear of obstacles that I might run into. Very helpful checkout lady to. Was able to lower my over all bill by getting a HomeDepot credit card. 2 thumbs up.

No Hassle Returns at this store is a joke. Stay away from Nacola and Will for they will insult you for doing business. He should be fired for his in-store behavior. She should find a non-customer facing job until she can learn how to treat people with respect - not raising a voice and pointing a finger! Check-out folks were great, so I don't want to cast shadows on all associates. It's a tough business to please all, but no customer or shareholder should have to question their loyalties to shopping at HD. I left today wondering whether I'll sell my stock, and turn my back at the E. Delray Beach store. Worst experience ever returning an item that had been lost in cyberspace for over 6 weeks. Buyer beware of returns at this store.

The store was clean, and some of the employees were friendly, yes i was able to get help, also i did find what i was looking for.

Jenny on the night shift was absolutely horrible to deal with. She was rude and basically barked at us when we asked her for help. She kept repeating that she wanted to go home, shaking her headhand sighing...all we asked for was a price check.

Good Customer Service is becoming more and more rare these days but I experienced the best service a person could ask for!!

I bought many items last night an one of them was a spray bottle of sealer for tiles. When I got home and opened my trunk, the bottle had leaked all over the trunk and other items. It was a mess. I returned to the store, they exchanged it for me but did not offered a refund or discount. The employee who helped me walked with me to the shelves and noticed that most of the bottles were not close properly. Very inconvenient

This is a great HD and worth going out of your way to get the great service these people give. Much better than the Deerfield Beach store. The employees are the best.
