Plenty of items to choose from. The associate in the paint department was very helpful. and the cashier treated me like a friend.

The staff at this store is so consistently friendly and helpful that I am spoiled by it. They go out of their way to greet you, help you, offer alternatives, locate and load items, etc. It's not the closest store to me, but worth going a bit out of the way for the great service.

After researching on line riding lawn mowers and found that my HD store that is literally out my front door did not have the one I wanted I found this store that did. It was close to my shop where my trailer was located so I went there instead. On a very hot day the employees stayed with me until my new mower was loaded up and ready for the haul home. Thanks everybody at HD.

There is always an associate ready to help and direct you to where your product is located.

The store is always clean, and while I have to hunt down associates sometimes, when I find one, they are always helpful and knowledgable. And if the person I am talking to can't answer my questions, they find someone who can.

One associate Dennis made my experience at this Home Depot so much better. I had been waiting at customer service for about 20 minutes to get the correct dog crate that I had ordered. Dennis had already helped me in the bath area with purchasing a toilet seat. When he was headed out of the store he noticed that I was still at customer service and asked me what I was waiting on. I told him and he immediately went back into the store to retrieve the dog crate. I was so grateful for him helping me a second time. It was awesome! The ladies at Customer Service were nice also! They kept apologizing for the wait and kept smiles on their faces.

Really what choice have we got in east Fort Worth .Seems i'm always hunting for something HD doesn't stock .Now when i want something that HD can't sell a million of a week i have to go to ACE in Arlington.Takes up a lot of time when doing a project i can't always wait to order online ; )

I live very close to this store and I have great service every time I shop here, they always have what I'm looking for. The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable if I have questions.. Does not matter what season it is this is my store to buy paint, lawn care, plants, plumbing, whatever it is. I always recommend Home Depot t all of my friends and family. In closing if you have a warranty on any lawn care equipment and it breaks down the store replaces it with no problems. And that is rare. I Love it!
