I bought several of these boxes they were on clearance and missing one and the box was open I was given a discount which I was so Thankful and grateful this is my 1st time using my fire pit and I’m enjoying sitting outside with my daughter and dogs. Thank you, Ms. Marybeth, an employee with great customer service and assistance in what I needed and was looking for. Keep up the great work.

Every employee takes pride in serving all customers. They communicate their interest in the projects of their customers steering them in the right direction as far as the type of paint needed.

The store had inadequate employees at Customer Service this morning.No one should have to wait 25 minutes to return an item. The shelves are a mess and it is difficult to locate products. Hardware is all mixed up and in the wrong bins. Employees are shuffling around and not engaged in their work

I bought a Ryobi leaf blower. I'm revamping my tools as I go. This blower was used same day of purchase. It worked amazing.

I was way to Dawn immediately and helped from start to finish.

I wanted to buy four appliances for my new kitchen, but I had a few questions. I went to my usual Home Depot three times and could not seem to find anyone who knew how to use the computer, or had any knowledge of appliances. I decided to come to the PB Lakes Blvd store, 6320, and was greeted by Anthony who took such good care of me! I bought my appliances and scheduled delivery. Anthony was absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable person and I’m so grateful to have met him. Give this man a raise, he is the best! Thank you Anthony!

I applied for, 8 job openings at, $10-hour to supplement my day job. Wow. Can HD spare it? . Offered to work up-to, 44 hours-week (6p-11p, Sat-Sun).. Every frontline supervisor I met was excited I held briadscooe knowledge across depts, and, unlike most associates, I knew what a, "Rosette" was. I was hired! But, I was then taken to a backroom behind the cafeteria where some black white hater woman, "the gate keeper" in the HR back room continuously denied me employment. I guess she only hires stupid black people: her friends and family. I'm, "woke-r". Old white people discrimination. My belief.

The employees aren't particularly friendly or aware that you exist at the store. I've visited this location many times and I've never been treated as a valued customer. I had to wait over two hrs on one of my last visits just to get an employee with a forklift license to get me a $500 toilet down from the shelf above. They usually have exactly what you need, but you'll rarely find help there to find it. The employees are too busy talking to eachother to acknowledge you.

I was looking for something and I was at the pro desk. I suggested something else turned out to be cheaper and I was able to install it myself. Thanks alex

My name is Chris. On the morning of Nov. 30 2022, I came in to buy a Christmas tree. There I met Mr. Orlando. I'm a pretty good judge of character, and I will tell you why in a sec. Right off the bat I felt a good vibe from hi. You can tell he cares about the trees. he was watering each section evenly to make sure they all were thoroughly an looked ready to find homes to go to. He was quick, knowledgeable, kind, and he made me laugh!!! He brighten my day! Didn't blink an eye what so ever, or pass judgement at all. Stand up guy in my opinion! I am a 50 yr. old Queer man. Isabela in the kitchen design center is fantastic! She is payionate, knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. I highly recommend that you see her for all of the cabinetry needs you may have, even if it's just with the in-stock cabinet line the HD carries.

This Home Depot location was especially well stocked.

I went to a regular checkout line instead of a self checkout line knowing I only wanted to put $50 on the card and pay the rest in cash. The cashier in regular checkout was forcing everyone to check themselves out and would not help when I had a question about putting only $50 on a card- she was extremely rude and walked away without giving me an answer.

I paid for 5 wooden panels and an employee was going to bring them from the back were i was not allowed. After a 2hs wait I asked for my money back and left. No one brought the panels for two hours after I paid for them and I was waiting

Home Depot is just awesome all around.

Each and any time I've gone to the Palm Beach Lakes store, customer service is non-existent.

I would like to thank Jenifer for her professionalism in helping me cover the merchandise I purchased. It started to rain and Jenifer went out of her way to make sure my merchandise was properly covered. Small tokens like this is way I shop at Home Depot rather that the other hardware store. Please recognize Jenifer for a job well done.

I bought this because it looked easy to install and it was. This toilet seat is better made than some of the others and I am sure it will last a long time.

we had purchased a GE Gas dyer two months ago, we where so happy with our experience at Home depot , so when the washer went out we headed back and had the same salesperson who helped us a lot, we purchased a whirlpool washer, was delivered and installed the time they said it would be, we couldn't be happier
