Excellent service

Felicia and other associates in the store are very friendly and informative.

This store never answers the phone, customer service is horrible, Also I called and ask for the manager Laura who wasn't available at the time and ask for her email and contact info and was told they are not allowed to give her information out they can only give her a message.

Had a very pleasant experience with the return department and rentals. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with questions, and very pleasant to deal with.

The store was very clean,they were very helpful helping me locate what I was looking for

My recent experience was very pleasant at this store due to the excellent customer service from cashier - Stanley. I was struggling returning 2 long pieces of construction board. His quick acknowledgement was very appreciated.

I went to this location after visiting 2 locations close to my home and walking out of both of them completely dissatisfied. I had low expectations going here, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. I was fortunate to have been helped by Gonzalo. He went above and beyond his scope to make sure I understood everything as well as easing my mind throughout the whole process. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed. And then, Akilah (Tia). During my checkout process, she took the time to answer my questions and to make sure everything was done properly. She is such a good representation of a dedicated employee. Great job to this store for employing such positive and professional employees.

Store is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service from cashiers Antoinette and Paulette! That’s why I pass two rival stores to get to this Home Depot location.

THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED, CLEAN, QUICK TO ATTEND.

I had to return items which our maintenance department had purchased and it was in the early afternoon on a Monday. The line was very long and I was dreading the wait. To my surprise, the line went down rapidly, and a cashier by the name of Felicia took me to her register. I needed ID, which I had left in the car. She said "not a problem, I'll wait for you" and I ran out to get it. When I returned, she had been helping another person, which she quickly finished up and then promptly took care of me, without my having to wait in line again. Felicia has such a warm, caring, positive attitude. She is a lovely person and my experience was as easy as could be, and then some. It has been my experience in the past year that all of the employees at this location are very courteous, helpful and kind. It is a pleasure to do shopping for many items at this particular Home Depot.

This Home Depot has all of the other tools and products that other hardware stores & other Home Depots carry; however, this location is particularly special with the promotions on display near the Pro center and the several sections in the back of the warehouse - and the deals are great. I particularly find the team members at this Home Depot very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I not only recommend this Home Depot to other investors, contractors, and home owners but I also shop at this location often because of its promotions and team members.

The cashier didn’t have a friendly countenance. I made enquirers about a product I was interested in purchasing and she told me they didn’t sell the item. I told her I would go back and check. Upon returning I found multiple items. I asked another representative and he said he think they had them in Christmas. Thereafter he followed me to identify the product. Thankful he saved the day. I told her I found the product upon leaving and she hardly acknowledged or apologized. Guess she didn’t care!

A very pleasant experience, mainly due to a very very nice cashier who helped me tremendously. I did have a problem locating an employee to help get me something off of the shelf. But once I found someone they were very nice. It certainly wasn’t a problem that would keep me from going back.

Any store and/or business is only as good as those that work in the business. The workers at this Home Depot are in general a wonderful group of hard working and helpful people.
