Everything was good, because the Cashier that I spoke with during checkout named: Flavie had on an undershirt that had a picture of a Japanese Anime titled "Kakegurui" on Netflix! We had a quick chat about Anime and Netflix Anime shows, in general. That was a very kind chat with her in the morning. Flavie was a Female, Black / African-American Home Depot Employee. :-)

Wonderful Staff Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable

You employ an evening cashier who called me a liar tonight. Amiya. This is the second time in three months. My first review in January was ignored too.

I've been sopping at this store for 15 years and I would say for the last couple of years shopping there, Elizabeth in the paint department truly represent your store well and is a great asset to your company. You need a million more like her.

This Home Depot shopping experience was GREAT, because I was able to walk out after completing my purchase with ONE (1) triple-black carbiner ring keychain, personally given to me along with my purchase of: Mammoth Russian Sunflower Seeds! :-) :) This Home Depot shopping experience was also GREAT, because I shared a good comedian's joke and/or laugh with a very beautiful, light-skinned, young woman, with dark shimmering hair. I think the cashiers' name was Kenya (according to the receipt). Plus, she also mentioned she has TikTok. :-) ^_^ <3

Cliff B in Customer Service made my experience very fulfilling he stayed on the phone and bared with me my entire order and still assisted all his customers that he had in line.

If you ever need to go to customer service if you are lucky enough to get an employee by the name of Felicia you will walk away knowing that she is knowledgeable and such a pleasant person to handle your situation.

Customer service representative by the name of Yolanda is awesome would highly recommend this location.

The store is okay, selection is usually not that great. I HATE the self checkout because there is ALWAYS an issue and an employee has to come help. No employee has ever greeted us or said hello

Palm Beach Lakes Home Depot has excellent service to professionals as well as lay persons. When I visit the store and hear girls the employees interact with the shoppers. The employees help lay persons become professionals. The Do it yourselfers learn so well that they soon become professionals. Hats off to the electrical, plumbing, hardware, rent and appliance departments. Keep up the great service to our community.Assistance is always near.This store is very clean, the floors the restrooms,check out areas and the employees treat you like family.

The store is clean, the staff are friendly and the cashier Natasha made the checkout process amazing. She spoke to our toddler, provided her with an apron and a kit to build, and took the time to ask us questions about our project.

Amazing service very helpful

Recently had a customer experience issue that was handled very well by Miss Paulette and Manager Jason. They were patient, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. While I am calling out my experience for two individuals, I consistently get the information and direction I need to get what I need. Always has been my base store for home improvement efforts, but the employees there make sure it will continue to be.

I'm always happy and upbeat to shop at this home depot, customer service is through the roof and its a clean and friendly environment, i qould recommend friends and family to shop here.
