I'm still waiting for correspondence regarding my on-line order. Received only half and have heard nothing about the rest!

The employee at the customer service desk Antoinette, really went above and beyond her duties to assist me with my order.

The store was relatively clean, and mainstream products were easy to find. The store at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. near my neighborhood was where I went to during the afternoon on: March 21, 2020. There was a Home Depot Store Representative who put back a roll of Flex Seal ® FlexTape on the shelf for me; and then, a really cute Hispanic/Latina cashier helped meat the self-checkout area! ^_^ <3 You can also purchase a Fire Extinguisher for your home @The Home Depot for less than $40 (USD), after-taxes! You do not need a license to own and operate a Fire Extinguisher inside of your apartment/house.

Michael in tool rental is awesome! He is so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with my tool rental.

Location is the only reason why I attempted to shop there. No one is helpful or around when needed. LOWES is much better.

The associates in the PROS Department have excellent Customer Service. Chris, namely is superb. He made my shopping and shipping experience a great one.

Staff here is beyond fabulous. Especially Paulette who helped me with a small problem. The store is well stocked and the employees are pleasant and professional going above and beyond to help you.

Pierce in Plumbing is knowledgeable and helpful. Felicia was wonderful in handling my complicated transaction and worked well with Pierce to get it done.

The staff are not friendly at all

I wanted to buy a BBQ grill for my son in law’s birthday and was impressed by the available selection at this store. Most importantly, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient in assisting me with evaluating brands and models, advising me of items on sale, locating accessories, walking me through checkout, reviewing warranties, and even loading the grill in my SUV!! I will definitely go back. Special thanks to Josh and Damian for being such great Home Depot ambassadors.

I needed assistance with a battery powered lawn mower and Jay, who was assigned to another location, jumped right in to assist me. He made my entire shopping experience worth writing this review!! He, Laura ( the manager), CiCi and Mia ( cashiers/front end assistants) made this shopping experience the best i have ever had at any Home Depot. And let me tell you i shop them every day. Keep up the great work Palm Beach Lakes HD !!!

Service desk associate Tia was a big help in getting me check out in quick and efficient manner, she's very friendly and hard-working.

Great place to shop

bhaisituation finally resolved by mgr. josh after speaking to customer service, and being referred back to the store. they initially wanyed me to come in to store, just to get a refund on a credit card for a charge I did not make, but resolved by phone. this survey took a long time . the questions do not have a choice that you can say "not applicable" and blocks you from proceding without an answer. so in several questions I just filled in any answer so I could procede. I was asked by josh to do this survey as he had resolved the problem, nut I will not do again, as the whole survey is ridiculous if you just want to make a brief comment that situation resolved and by whom

The store has come along way. Still need work. Most employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

The personnel is always helpful, and knowledgeable. Only with there were more of them.

Clean and friendly. Unlike other locations

The store was very clean. I was greeted by a very friendly Associate. When entering the garden area, the Associate that helped me had great plant and garden knowledge. He knew just what I needed to save my plant once I showed him a picture of it. He even gave me advice on how to keep it alive.
