Best store for all our home purchases. People are wonderful and I usually find what I am looking for.

Great and friendly environment along with employees

The store was clean and stocked the check out was great and the employee that was at the check out was so polite and helpful and I had the best help in plumbing and in hardware the guy mike in hardware went above and beyond his duty

We shopped here on Black Friday early afternoon and everyone was awesome !! Very friendly and Very helpful!! for such a hectic day.

This store is 6 miles away from my home, I tend go there for any of my home improvement items. I just bought a nailer gun with compressor. I will provide more feedback once I start using it.

Very helpful associates

I like this store and location, it’s easy to get to and the store is well equipped with almost anything you need. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Today when I asked for assistance the store employee knew exactly the aisle and location of the wire cotters I was looking for.

I have had only one 'not so nice' experience at Frazer and that was about a year ago. Your 'veteran' associates are amazing, Steve at Customer Service (used to be in paints), Mike in paints 'the best', Sarge who I have had to ask way too many questions, has always been patient and easy to communicate my issues. Keith, Art couple other awesome guys .. It really makes a difference when you know you can ask for help, and ACTUALLY get it. Thank you.

From the second I stepped foot in the store, I was directed exactly to the place I needed to ask the proper questions. From there, John was a big help, then Bill Rodgers helped me out tremendously with all of the questions I had to replace pieces of rotted wood, outside of my parents house. He gave me some good tips and guided me on how to properly replace the wood. He was AWESOME and was a plethora of information! Great work, Bill! Thank you VERY much!

This store is great. I am particularly impressed with the personnel in all areas.

Lettie in Paint Dept. helped me choose an outdoor stain in required colors, brushes, can opener, etc. Angel was most helpful in redeeming a promo card that did NOT go through on self checkout. She was very kind and courteous. Appreciate both women helping me. I'm not a regular customer, needed some supplies to stain a privacy fence; will also be purchasing kitchen and dining area ceiling lights in near future - and probably will come back to pick up from online purchase at HD

Although it is not a full size store, carrying everything that a regular HD carries, the staff here are always polite and ready to help. I have lived elsewhere and have experienced HD employees who would rather walk by you than ask if you need help and at times would tell me that is not their job or their dept. It is our own mini-Depot here and I do enjoy the employees everytine I am here.

Herbert was my cashier today. He was polite and respectful. He was genuinely concerned if I could carry my purchase to the vehicle myself and was a pleasure to speak with as I paid for my purchase. Processed my purchase quickly and without any difficulty.

The Frazer Home Depot is the best Home Depot I’ve ever shopped in. The store is always neat & clean & it is always fully stocked. The managers & employees provide excellent customer service. I go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot even though there are 2 other Home Depot stores in my local area. I highly recommend the Frazer Home Depot.

This store was very clean - all the aisles were well marked - the product I bought were easily found and the associates were friendly

This store was clean & very easy to shop. From the friendly staff greeting at the front door to the employees & sales associates making my experience buying products a joy which usually isnt the case in other stores or retailers. Bob R helped me make the best decision for my situation & directed me to exactly what I needed
