Moises R. knew all about the appliances I was looking for, installation costs and accessories, available colors, options that came with our needed appliances, the Black Friday deals on multiple appliance purchases, and was able to schedule delivery within a week. Two thumbs up.

My husband and I have been in a lot of Home Depot's and other hardware stores but this particular one is awesome! The people are so much nicer, the store itself is just cleaner and more organized. We go out of our way to come to this store now rather than any other one. Kudos to the staff here!

HUGE (and clean) store, but the employees were extremely helpful in helping me find what I wanted to buy and quickly getting me through checkout.

I dealt primary with two people at the Pro-Desk, Chris and Sandy. From the very beginning Chris was very helpful in getting me set up with my account and with even the little things like selecting lumber and loading the cart. He walked me through the set up and process, remembered my name each time I came back and was cordial, professional, knowledgeable and had my best interested at heart throughout my dealings with him. I dealt with Sandy a little more after the first few trip. Like Chris, she was pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and had my best interests at heart. This was by far my best experience with either Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.

The guys incharged on every store department needs more training

This store has what I want and be able to get it and pay without any hassle. It took me about 3 minutes from start to end.

Easy access to the store, well laid out, and displays very helpful in identifying the items needed, workers very friendly and helpful in locating and discussing products.

Just about every weekend I find myself at the Home depot buying material for every little project I work on. Ever since Home Depot open in 2002, this has been the only place I shop for Home repairs/projects.

From front door greeting (Larry) to cashier at garden exit (Alberto) and even returns (Joseph), super customer service that is consistently pleasant, prompt and accurate from these men and others. The discount for military is also much appreciated and helpful. .

If you have major purchases to make where you are spending 1k or more, see a sales associate that can open an "open bid" for you. Its a phenomenal feature I wish I knew about years before.

Stephen in the Rental tools area was extremely helpful to me in picking the right rental tool, going through other supplies that I may possibly need, and explaining techniques for using the tools as well as *why those techniques were effective*. Great experience - I love learning why tools and techniques work as much as how to use those tools and techniques.

Third time we've been to this store to buy carpet. Each time it has been a breeze! Measurement, quote, checkout. The employees in carpet are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also great with the little kids! :)
