The store was neat and well stocked. Its employees are knowledgeable about the inventory and where to find everything. The employees are welcoming, professional and helpful.

The Easton Home Depot is top notch. Always a helpful associate around to help if you need it. Even when you don't need they'll check on you to be sure. Super nice and sure are appreciative of Vets at this store they'll thank a Vet over and over, very refreshing. One of the busiest stores I've encounter yet still friendly folks and the store is always clean. My only gripe is the selection of hardwoods, I know that is most likely a corporate decision but if you can get them to throw us hobbyist woodworkers a bone that would be awesome. Keep up the good work.

I am a frequent visitor to this store, having many projects in the works. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have unusual projects that require thinking outside the box and I bounce ideas off some of the associates who are happy to offer their opinions.

No Customer Service - clerks rather talk among themselves instead of helping the customers

I FOUND THIS STORE TO BE WELL STOCKED IN EVERY DEPARTMENT, ALL THE EMPLOYEES SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Cash register employees were great people. Store had (5) five window sizes I needed. I also shopped for a few other products with a little help from employees and I was extremely satisfied. Home depot locations appear comfy and small thus appearance of sloppy.

Recently purchased the large, black "HUSKY" tool cabinet on sale. Two store employees shrink wrapped it for me and helped me load it onto my pick up on a rainy day. Got it home dry and without a scratch. The price was terrific and so was the help.

Michael in plumbing went above and beyond today at the Palmer Township location. After trying to help me in finding a part for my hot water furnance and thinking they didn't have Michael chased me down all the way to within a couple feet of my car to make sure I got the part I needed. *****

Although this staff is very helpful and sweet, I wish there were more Staffing provided

I love Home Depot Stores in general. They have an unbelievable supply of almost every thing I need for home improvement. And, lots of new things I didn't know existed. Home Depot is an awesome place to shop, and so close to where I live. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

TODAY WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD AT THIS HOMEDEPOT THANKS TO JANELLE V (THE BOMB)

This visit resulted from a previous visit, during which i had an issue of concern. Shortly after stating my concern, a manager named Tim reached out to me and we spoke of my issue of concern. Tim offered a solution which I gratefully accepted, and i returned the next day to purchase the item from lawn and garden. Upon arriving at the store, I was assisted by associates, David, Maureen, and Ray, who all worked together to help me. Maureen and Ray assisted with manager approval and David and Ray assisted with moving the lawn mower to, and loading it on my trailer. On top of all that I received a veteran discount on my purchase. It could not have been any better. My sincere thanks to managers Paul,Susan and Tim and to associates David, Maureen and Ray. You made my experience outstanding and have gained a future customer.

Visited the Easton Home Depot store with my elderly mother today. We encountered friendly and helpful associates in all the departments we shopped including Outside Garden where my mother's questions where answered sufficiently, Flooring where an associate helped pick out vinyl baseboard, Lighting where an associate helped my mother pick out light bulbs, and Cashier Bonnie at the Self Checkout who helped my mother scan her items and convince me to open a Home Depot charge! We got all the items we came in for and priced a few for future purchases. Assistance was available in every department we shopped. Very pleased with the shopping experience! The Easton, PA Home Depot is our go-to home improvement store of choice!

On a recent visit, I saw a reduced price lawn mower and asked lawn and garden associate David, if the 10% veteran discount would apply to the purchase of it, David was very courteous and friendly, and suggested I return the following Tuesday and ask for manager Paul. I returned the following Tuesday and noticed that the price of the mower had been increased by more than $300. I asked for manager Paul who was kind enough to speak with me and explain that since it had already been sold at the lower price and subsequently returned, it could not be sold at that price today. I would either have to pay the new listed (reduced) price or wait to see if there would be any further reductions on it in the future. Manager Paul was very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed that the price had been raised since my previous visit, 2 days earlier. The store was neat and clean and all the associates were courteous and friendly. All were eager to provide assistance. Unfortunately I had a somewhat disappointing experience during this visit.

The staff was able to trouble-shoot issues, and find solutions to a complex order I needed to put in. Great and very helpful service!

Very friendly and helpful. Asks you what your working on and then is better able to give sound advice for your project. Clean store as well. The only bad thing is the people that shop in the store tend to steal parts, making the prices go up because of them! Why ruin it for other shoppers!!
