We received tremendous help from sales staff in lighting. My wife and I can change a standard light bulb. But program and install a smart bulb. Forget it. We are retirees whose tech savviness befits our generation. Our lighting associate gave us a tremendous primer, taking us from our knowledge level (ground zero) to feeling confident that we can actually get a smart bulb to work. That's no easy task.

My experience today at the Eden Prairie Home Depot was wonderful, I went in to find new flooring countertop and backsplash for my kitchen to update. I met with this wonderful gal name Carolina Muddy, she was the best help me pick out flooring help me find countertop that would match the backsplash it was awesome things are rolling along we’re getting estimates done next week for flooring . Great experience I’ll be back !

When I go to your store it is always a beautiful journey. Your associate have always been wonderful and extremely helpful. I always found what I was looking for and the store is orderly and clean.

See Judy in the flooring department for anything related to tiling!

Customer service (Ross Evenson & Carolina Mudoy) is excellent! We were able to purchase carpet and have it installed within 8 days. Only complaint: the remaining remnant was almost as big as the square footage installed. $121.89 worth of extra carpet. Home Depot should not stiff the customer with that much extra carpet.

I had a excellent experience with tiling . Thanks to Carolina M. Her kindness, knowledge , and friendliness was so helpful in making my decision for my remodel. They took precautions with Covid and sanitized and had barriers for everyone’s protection. The manager was also helpful when asked about a discontinued product . Overall, great experience . I will Definitely go there again for our other remolding needs.

The woman helping me, Lucy, made shopping at a home improvement store such an easy and fun experience! She was so incredibly helpful, and made me feel very safe, even during COVID. I loved that they had free masks for people at the door if they didn’t have one. Will definitely go back.

The store is clean always people there are friendly, Just need little more atention in floors and carpets they don't pay atention to the customer if they talking each other we have to wait till they done or till l got mad and start screaming

Just a heads up to vets. Be ready to explain your military service. Otherwise, friendly staff. Usually shelves are well stocked. Although this time some tools were not there but with the circumstances these days I understand. Clean store for the most part.

The store employees are aggressive and profile minorities and people of color.

I had a great experience shopping for floor tile. I noticed a stack of tiles with someone else's name on them. I asked one of the sales associates if they had any more of that specific tile. The associate said that they did not but instead of that being the end of the conversation she walked me over to another tile that looked a lot like the original tile. In fact, the alternate tile was actually a better match for my project. It was great to be treated like a customer rather than a bother. Props to Carolina for the great service and to Home Depot for hiring her.

Two different store associates came to my aid - and workout me even having to ask for help-and I really appreciate it! We always get great service at the store and I appreciate how clean the store is and how helpful and friendly the staff is.

I have been to this Home Depot many times over the past many years and have ALWAYS found it to have everything I need for my home projects and found staff to be very very attentive and helpful and able to answer my questions. The store is clean and well-organized. Today, I had great service and help from a young man who helped me put my 4 heavy flower pots in my car to Abdibasid who came off break to give me directions and assistance and to check me out once I was done, to the wonderful woman who led me all over the store to find everything I needed for all my home projects.......her knowledgeable assistance helped me speed through the store and get exactly what I needed. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP AND KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB. Your service is second to none.

I typically do not like to shop at big box stores. I was in the market for a washer and dryer and did online research and then visited several stores. The gentleman that assisted me at this store (John) was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and was extremely helpful which convinced me to purchase my items from this Home Depot. The store was clean and safety procedures were in place. There was a nice selection of different brands to chose from.

I do not recommend this location. The store employees are not friendly, don't acknowledge you and furthermore they make you feel like a bother. I worked retail for a decade, managing several different types of stores. Customer Service is what brings you back to a store and unfortunately, this store misses the mark completely in that area. I am so very disappointed!
