I needed evaluation services for my Ryobi 18V products. Rene R provided me with excellent customer service that I have not experienced in a long time at a large home improvement outlet.

I love wood working as a hobby. I don't have big tools or a car to carry things.This depot offers free cuts for all my purchases and the employees are very knowledgeable

Your store will be our go-to destination for all of our nursery and gardening needs because of employees like Paul, who helped us in the outdoor gardening area. He made us feel like we were dealing with a friendly neighbor. He made our day.

Rob Lemons, appliance specialist, was AMAZING. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and really worked with us to find the best washer/dryer for us at the best value.

This Home Depot decided to hire MANY people that have little to no knowledge on home improvement type stuff of hardware/tools in general.

The store is conveniently located to where I live. Each time that I've visited the store, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help me out with any questions that I might have.

The store is laid out very well, which makes it incredibly easy to find even the smallest product you need. Its generally very clean, and the employees are usually very nice and walk around with a smile. I have had some unfortunate experiences at this building, but they are very rare and never bad enough to make me want to complain or stop shopping here.

If you’re looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom, run, don’t walk to work with Alex. I live in New Jersey and met him via email/phone after my mother-in-law went to her local Home Depot to help us with our remodel. She met Alex and he worked with me over phone and email for several weeks to perfect a design being done at my local Home Depot. He was so detailed and diligent in his design and communication that we decided to forget our local HD and just worked with him despite never getting to meet him in person. Couldn’t recommend higher!

I was greeted at the return entrance and the focus was on solving my issue.

My experience was frustrating and felt taken advantage of. Went to the store to purchase a appliance and because of the promo asked and confirmed by Home Depot associate I purchased 2 appliances to take advantage of the promotion. When checking out the cashier told me that I could not do the promotion the way the associate explained. There was not clear explanation of why. Felt like it was a bait and switch... not being provided trustworthy advice with no clear explanation was met with frustration. Word of warning.. the promotions are different from associate to associate... It is to bad this happened as I have been a loyal Home Depot Customer for over 15 years.

Great experience working with Ms. Brown as she took the necessary time to understand my project and did all the leg work coordinating the details of the look and feel from everything I needed including paint, kitchen countertops, kitchen sink, door hardware and carpet for the entire house.

Oh my, where do I begin? My daughter called me at 6am today (a newlywed, new homeowner and first-time homeowner whose husband is deployed in the Middle East) telling me her fire alarm was going off but there was no smoke. After much back and forth, googling the alarm’s owner’s manual and Facetiming her husband in the Middle East we determined the alarm was just plain old and worn out. I offered to drive to the Home Depot in Eden Prairie and buy her 3 alarms replacing all three of them (even though only 1 was faulty). Your sales associate, Greg met me at the door and took me to the fire alarm area. On the way we chatted as to why I needed 3 alarms, so he showed me a box of 4 (a better buy than buying 3 separate alarms). While chatting, I happened to mention the Facetiming with my son-in-law serving in the Middle East and he abruptly gave the box of 4 alarms to me-gratis. When I protested and said I would pay for them, he replied we do a lot for veterans and are happy to do so-this is our mission. Just then, down the aisle comes Ron a contractor/handy man who also does a lot of work for the Eden Prairie store. Greg asks him point blank, “Ron, what are you doing this morning?” When Ron replies nothing, the two decide that he is to come to my daughter’s house that morning to install all 3 alarms-again gratis because she is a veteran’s wife-a newlywed, grad student and together she and I are NOT handy. But mostly because she is the wife of a veteran. I am bowled over at the generosity of the Home Depot towards veterans and their families. I did not ask for or hint at any favors, it was politely offered with a smile from Greg. Both my daughter and I thank you so very much and what a Merry Christmas it will be. Thank you to Greg and Ron!

This is the best Home Depot I have found - and always go to mainly because of two employees. Matt in electrical and Sharon at check out. They are by far the two best representatives Home Depot could have - and are very fortunate to have them - and at the same store no less. All of the locations have basically the same inventory. Store associates are the most important item in the store - and Matt and Sharon rate among the best in retail I have found..

This store has two by fours and other dimension lumber displayed indoors where it is kept clean and dry and well lighted. It is more pleasant to shop here for lumber than at another nearby store that has two by fours and other lumber stored outdoors in a dusty dirty environment.

Nancy in flooring is why we keep shopping @ Home Depot-Eden Prairie. She is fantastic and one of the reasons we keep shopping here.

Carolina was the best!

Eden Prairie is one of the best Home Depots I visit and I visit a lot of stores. Paul is one of the best check out employees I have run into. Their tool selection is second best only to a tool specialty store.

I always shopped at this store because it near my house and I liked customer service there. Never again! I will not walk in this store again! I bought 4 cans of paint from there a few weeks ago. I put pain in the back of my car and drove home. As soon as I opened a car door, one can of pain fill out on me spray all over parking lot. It looked like lead was not properly closed. I was covered in white paint and was trying to bring remaining cans of paint to my place when another can lead just opened and spill all other me again and carpet. I went to the store again covered in paint, was told by customer service She is too busy, had to by another 2 cans of paint, new vacume cleaner, was made fun by employees and insulted by store manager. This was a great experience! I am so done with that store!

Service persons went out their way to help me. People asked how they could help me several times during my visit... Do I need help loading my car... etc.

shopping here is always made pleasant by good and competent employees who always know the answers to questions or know where to get them.

Jason M was very helpful. One item needed an especially large bag. And he did offer us the discount on the credit card offer but we declined. The store is beautiful and clean.
