I only bought something small but the asssociate more me fill as though I bought half the store. They gave me a since that they had deep ownership in every item on the selves. I am coming back to this store for all my hardware needs regardless of a price difference with other stores in the area.

The store was clean, products were in stock. Hard to find someone to help you if you need assistance, you may try looking at the end of isles where they like to huddle in groups and talk.

Great employees that are very helpful!! We had a lot to buy and a lot of help purchasing, loading and smiles!!

there are people I know personally that are always glad to see me when I come to the store and other associates were friendly and helpful.

The El Dorado Home Depot Store has the most friendly employees. They are very helping in trying to solve a problem as well as finding you just the right tool to use on your DIY project! The store is clean and well organized .

Good plumbing supply but you need to review it on a daily basis for adequacy.

This store is great and always clean. The employees seem to go out of their way to help you. I was looking for a lawn mower part one time and the manager spent about an hour with me and found me a part. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I work at Home Depot so I expect to get the service that I give in my store. When I bought my 30 bags of mulch not one person helped me and then no lot attendants came to help me when I was loading it. Just bad service and it dissapponts me because in my store in Provo, Utah we have multiple lot attendants ready and willing to help. I walked past 3 of them as I walked out, and not one helped me. Just disappointed because I love Home Depot

PRODUCTS WERE GROUPED BY MANUFACTURER (BRAND) RATHER THAN TYPE. HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING AND COMPARING DEVICE TO DO THE JOB I WANTED TO DO. IN TWO VISITS TO THIS STORE AND ONE IN ANOTHER CITY IN SEARCH OF ITEM, NO ASSOCIATE APPROACH ME NOR WAS AVAILABLE NEARBY TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. WENT ON-LINE TO SEE IF DESIRED ITEM ACTUALLY AVAILABLE -- HAD DIFFICULTY THERE, TOO. ACCEPTED SUBSTITUTE ITEM SINCE ALREADY SPENT A LOT OF TIME SEARCHING. HAVE NOT USED IT YET TO DETERMINE QUALITY.

I dread purchasing the traditional Christmas tree because of mess, the difficulty in erecting it and the usually wobbly mounting base. "Tammy" , you store employee was cheerful, competent and helpful during this usually stressful time of year. She trimmed the tree base in spite of a faulty chain saw, wrapped up our purchase and helped load it with little or no suggestions. Her cheerful demeanor made the day for my wife and me.

I went into the store for a large lumber purchase and waited over 15 minutes to recieve any help. I am 7 months pregnant and cannot lift the wood myself. I had several of the workers walk right past me and not one asked me if I needed any assistance. I finally went to the front of the store and got a cashier to call one of them to help me load the wood.

The store was well organized, The associates were very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. There was a man named George who was on a cane, he walked all over the store to help me. The cashier who waited on me was very helpful and courteous. The two young men who loaded my refrigerator and stove for me were just the sweetest young men. They were very helpful.

Had a good time today gathering stuff for my home DIY project ,the ElDorado store had everything I needed. THANKS
