What great customer service!

I went into the store looking for an idem to repair a project that I was working on. I could not find it. I asked Chris (not how she spells her name) in electrical where I might find what I was looking for, she said that she didn't think the store carried that idem but she would take me to where she thought it would be if the store did have it. We had no luck, the store didn't have it and Chris didn't think that I would find it anywhere. But she came up with a great idea on how I might fix it, and it work. Chris saved the day.

So I had a large project at my new house. I needed a lot of supplies to complete it. Went into Home Depot with a very large shopping list. Chris (not the way she spells her name) in electrical was fantastic. She knew where everything was located and found everything that I needed and also found things that I didn't know that I would need. What GREAT customer service! With employees like Chris and Megan (who also helped out a great deal) how can any customer go wrong and why would they want to go anywhere else?

Most all the associates are friendly and ready and willing to lend a hand. The store is stocked with up-to-date products at very reasonable prices. I will come back.

If you want your project done right go see Megan she will provide you with all the right ideas.

Yes, Our Home Depot in Elko NV #3320 is very clean. Need more CASHIERS!

Huge time-suck for appliance purchases. Understaffed departments. Nonexistent and unfriendly staff (relative to other Home Depot stores). Go spend your money locally.

While the staff is very helpful and the store is generally clean, this store isn't well organized and it's very difficult to find what you need. We generally have to cover the entire store two to three times to find what we need. This is partially because it's about the only home improvement store in an isolated, rural town and does not stock a lot of inventory. Plus, the inventory often indicates that items are in stock which are not. It's very frustrating to have to order something we need immediately for a home repair online and wait for it to be delivered.

The store was clean and neat, had great customer service, and help as soon as they could.

MEGAN HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED TO FIX A LEAK IN MY SINK. SHE DIRECT ME TO THE RIGHT AREA OF THE STORE AND TOLD ME WHAT SHE WOULD USE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WENT HOME AFTER I BOUGHT WHAT SHE RECOMENDED AND IT WORKED JUST LIKE SHE SAID IT WOULD. SHE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKES ME WANT TO COME BACK AND GET WHAT I WILL NEED FOR MY NEXT PROJECT.

If you need wood for your next "Honey Do" project go see Chris, He is the best! With great ideas and customer service! Also Megan needs to get happy, what a joy to see her happy face! Also great customer skills. Give both promotions.

i live 50miles away and am so happy this store is here, when i need something. Don't ever close it!!

The store is huge and has great selection of cleaning supplies, paint, garden items, lumber, and just about everything. Plus the employees are always super friendly and helpful.

This store location was well stocked and the employees were friendly. My only complaint is the prices seem to be higher in the Elko location then in others.

Yes with a little assistance a couple times of course. Had no problems finding someone to help yesterday, usually not a big problem other times either. The store was clean, and the people we dealt with were all friendly and helpful.

All the employees that always help me are nice, helpful and have great personalities! \o/
