I went here for a drill and left with free tools and this was on black Friday, as busy as it was the customer service was excellent.

Love the store. Does not have normal touch to pay though, except samsung and apple. Samsung simulated card swipe so it's still not touch to pay. Would love to change to 5 stars once they enable this with normal Google pay

Product was out of stock, but Tony and Judy went above and beyond to help me place an online order (appliance). Excellent customer service, extremely helpful.

Everyone was very Nice and Helpful Except Manager Carrie at customer service. She needs coaching on Great customer service.

Judy and Sarah were both very helpful with my purchase of a new washer and dryer. I had recently signed up for proXtra rewards with Judy and she made sure I got my points added. Sarah at customer service made sure everything about the transaction went smoothly.

We have bought every one of our appliances there because of the service and price. If you go there, be sure to ask for Judi, she really goes the extra mile.

I had to return an item I bought on-line because it arrived at my residence partially broken. With that item I also bought on-line two additional items. Naturally, since the items were to be used together, I had to return all 3 items. The other 2 items were being held at the pick-up desk. Firstly, there was no apology whatsoever from the staff for my situation, having to spend time and effort to return items I really wanted. Secondly, no offer was made to solve the situation with a slight discount on the home-delivered item because of its condition. I was not looking for a discount but the item was not intact and might have been usable with some effort on my part. I would have accepted a purchase as is. When I tried to return the 2 extra items, I was told that I had to call a number to return the one item. WHAT!!! Items that you had. Only when I raised my voice, did the no-service person call a no. Also, I have wait 2-3 days for refund, BAD!BAD!BAD!

Excellent customer service in the paint Department!

If you are in need of tile or any flooring for that matter I highly recommend Suzan. She obviously loves her job and it reflects in her awesome customer service and knowledge of the products!!

This store is very clean, employees are helpful and courteous.

The last 2 times I visited the paint department I received excellent service from Christine both times. You just don’t find that kind of service from big box stores.

This is the only big box store that I had an employee show me where the products i was looking for were and the she thanked me for shopping home depot. What a nice employee. I will diffently be shopping there again.

Judy was great!! Friendly, efficient and fun. Thank you for a great experience. I would like to call out I visit often only living 2 blocks away and your mask and sanitation station at the front of the store always seems messy.. Not always masks available for customers. Compared to other retail stores just kind of messy. I wear my own makes so just walk by but everytime I think oh they could do better. Won't stop me from visiting just an observation.

Appliance department employees helpful and kind. I was impressed how quickly I was greeted and helped. Website said what I wanted was in stock,but no.i ordered it and couple weeks I'll have my new freezer woo hoo.

Theres a guy that works here named Evan who needs special recognition. I had a ton of wood that I needed cut and I really didn't want to get sawhorses, a saw, and cord just for this one project. Que Evan. This dude hooked me up on two back-to-back visits (10min apart). Everything fit perfectly and the job was done really fast thanks to him. Hard worker and super polite. I've been coming back ever since.

Amazing customer service, prompt and effective. I found what I was looking for. I got proper assistance, and the store was neat and clean, most off all associates were friendly and very helpful.

Multiple staff were able to direct me to various areas where I needed information and products. Employees provided good and clear information to make my product selections good and informed choices. The store was clean and well displayed... not crowded or disjointed as some other stores tend to be. My experience was that it was well staffed and didn't have to go looking everywhere for help. I was very satisfied and will return as future needs arise..

Because of the excellent service from Hal Thorson and Bart Effertz at the Fargo store I bought my blinds there. I paid more than I would have at the other 2 big box stores but did not get the service from the other stores that I did from these two gentleman. They are fabulous!!!!!

The Fargo Home Depot has some issues with customer service. Kevin the Eimy were so nice and the kind of people that you expect at the Home Depot. This person Ken should go back to training school for his problems with customer service.

JUDY IN APPLIANCES WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. SHE WAS VERY THOUROUGH IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING FROM PRICING, SIZING WITH SPECS, AVAILABILITY, WARRANTY AND FINANCING AVAILABLE. NICE GAL.

If there was another Home Depot around this town I would go there>
