My husband and I were assisted by a competent, capable young man that helped us find what we wanted for our closet. The Prepac shoes organizer was available only online. The associate ordered it for us.

Super helpful 2 young gentleman. They loaded 10 bags of pellet on a cart & loaded in my truck, my visit was less than 10 mins.

I recently bought a home in a different state across the country from where I am from. As a newcomer, my radar is at a peak to find the right stores and service providers to do business with and buy from. The friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful service from Judy in the paint department will keep me coming back; because I expect to have that same experience in other departments based on my needs.

Won’t go back til they rehire cashiers. They have self checkouts and only cashiers in lumber and garden only! Nope! Not for me!!!

The things are easy find

I specifically drove to this store as the lumber is better quality than I can find locally, and the employees are outstanding!

Lots of choices and great service!

Home Depot goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your shopping experience. If someone else mentions another home improvement store, and I'm like, nope, Home Depot has it, if they don't they will get it for me. And their prices are great too! Employees don't run and hide if they see you, they stop what they are doing to assist.

Amanda went above and beyond to help me place an order over the phone...right before closing time!

Amanda at the customer service desk was cheerful and fun to talk with. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was able to save me some money by recognizing availability of sale items.

All the employees I interacted with could point me in the right direction for what I came to the store to review or purchase and all of them were polite and personable.

I am female and was alone. I had 4 bags of 80 lb Readymix. Isaiah stopped and asked me if I needed help loading them. HE IS AN ANGEL!! Thank you sooo much Isaiah! Velda was my cashier. She was friendly and upbeat. Makes shopping more enjoyable.

I saw a wonderful change in the associates and their attitude to make me feel welcome. They helped me find everything on my shopping list and more. I never waited anywhere, and the cashier serving the self serve check out helped me scan my entire buggy after I said I wanted to go through a real person. Never took photos but I spent almost $500, can you tell I found everything.?

The Durango store didn't know that Albuquerque had this machine in stock.

For the first time since they built the store in Farmington, I was refused a military discount even though I had proof with a photo ID. They would not handle it in the store, said I had to go online and apply.

Lucy was super helpful and had a great attitude the whole time she was helping me. It's nice to actually be helped when you walk into a place like that, and it's even more refreshing to see someone who actually loves their job. I will happy to continue returning to Home Depot and it's because of people like Lucy!

Cashier will no longer provide you with your discount. Now you have to have a phone with you, have a home depot account and login and scan code to get discount. Can you get any lazier? How about a cashier or two, getting more and more like wal-mart every day.

We ordered Drywall materials for our new home online. Marissa stepped up and helped us complete the process, making sure every detail was correct. It was not and easy task! Computer/Credit Card issues/Etc. After multiple attempts, and complete patience on Marissa's part, everything worked out and we are on to the next phase of our project.
