I HAD A CHRISTMAS RETURN NIGHTMARE AND TWO OF THE LADIES WORKED WITH ME TO GIVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TURNS OUT MY NIGHTMARE WAS AN EASY FIX FOR THEM KUDOS TO THEM

Purchased a GE Cafe Refrigerator that is perfect for my home. Couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the product and the sale.

the folks that work at this store are the best. Way better than the 'blue' store.

I am posting this review for Rita at the Forest Park Home Depot. She is by far my favorite person to see on my visits. She takes such good care of folks when they are here. She is always polite, courteous, professional, and makes the trip worth it every time! If you all don’t know Rita, you should go to Forest Park Home Depot and go to see her. She will always be my favorite person to shop with and I think anyone else will agree! Thank you Rita!

My business has been buying material here for 2 years. The pro desk is ultra efficient and even the cashiers are awesome. There are always associates to assist in finding anything and everything. I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s once a day and these guys blow Lowe’s out of the water. Ps, you guys should be more forthcoming with the Pro swag. I love repping you guys at work.

We drove past 4 Home Depot’s to get a tool that was in stock at this one. Had to have an employee come get it off a top shelf, and then that employee had to walk us to a register to check out assuming we would steal it. Just disrespectful. We will not be buying anything from this store again and we spend a lot of money at Home Depot.

I like this store because of the location and the help I receive from the friendly employees They had what I WAS LOOKING for AT A GOOD PRICE Store was very neat and clean items easy to find

I've been in a store on multiple occasions had to deal with customer service can say enough nice things about them. Went out of their way to solve my problem. Everyone in the store has always greeted me ask if they could help can't ask for anything more than that

Store is great, but James at the Customer Service desk was extremely friendly and helpful! He processed my return, got me my pickup item, and even cancelled a return for an on-line order that I had accidentally placed at a different store (in a different state:))

Associates were not helpful, not nice, nor professional. I had a very bad customer service experience

Sales Rep Winona 1.-took effort to give me the mil discnt from your .com cntr, 2.-and also did a good job taking my delivery order.

This store was well kept and the employees went above and beyond to help us. I will always start my search at the Forest Park Home Depot.

Poor customer service at the checkout!

The Forest Park Home depot did a great job this visit and other visits , I feel like I made friends although I had just met the staff members. I was not able to make a decision about the carpet selection I needed but with their help I feel very comfortable with the selection.

The sales Rep. Was helpful and knowledgeable , yet the delivery man was rude and unprofessional. He did not notify me that he had delivered my item. He just left it in my front yarn and drove away. Deliver service needs improvement.

There were plenty of employees in the store to ask for help. The one I asked was quick to help and friendly. I will definitely be going here again.

WE ALWAYS CHOOSE TO DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER TO THIS LOCATION DUE TO ALL THE STAFF BEING SO MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THAN OTHER LOCATIONS!

Home Depot is fantastic. I get everything under one roof. Friendly and informed employees and a great attitude towards veterans. Jarell helped my son and I yesterday and was fantastic! This store is awesome!!!

Store employees made an effort to help me. Nice change instead of going and trying to find an employee, they were visible and helpful.

Leada in kitchen& bath countertops is EXCELLENT. She is knowledgeable about the products and has hands-on experience in installation, which is great when deciding which product to buy.

I love these employees. They always seem happy to help and are friendly.

We drove almost 2 hours to pick up an order. The stores closer to me didn't have the items in stock. We were very well taken care of. I am not good at remembering names, but the Assistant Manager (possibly Justin?) took good care of us.
