I always enjoy shopping at this store. The only reason I didn't rate my experience as highly as I might have was that the item I was looking for (a very large, 3-inch-long, cotter pin) was not available. I didn't look online, and probably should have.

oh yes the help I got was awesome. she took a paint chip and mixed my paint from that and she knew what she was doing. very happy with the help.

This is not my usual store that I frequent. I stopped by just to take a look at a dishwasher. I worked with Doug Pemberton. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I'll be making a trip back to this store to specifically work with Doug on my next appliance purchase.

I will say I Truly enjoy shopping at your store-not just for the products I need for a specific project-but because of every single Sales Associate and Cashier myself and my husband come into contact with-I would love to recognize out of many great employees you have, that Mrs Louise is our absolute favorite-she always treats us like family, greets us with smiles and hugs-which our most recent visit ended with a big hug-which meant so much because I was really having a rough day-she knows of my declining health and struggles and makes it a point to ask how I am feeling and says she keeps me in her prayers-I mean really-she interacts with so many people on a daily basis-but makes it a point to make me and my husband feel special!!!!!

I found exactly what I was looking for, and then received advice on how to make my project even better from a knowledgable associate. Then to top it off, Louise was sweet as can be at the checkout. Overall great experience.

We had associates greet us and check to see if we needed some thing in multiple departments. Everyone is friendly. I found all the items we needed, plus a few impulse buys! We chatted with John in Windows/Doors, at length. We are planning to buy an exterior door, storm door and hardware in the Spring. John was informative, patient and very helpful. Associates like him are the reason we will continue to shop at Home Depot. Our cashier, Louise, was also very friendly. Great shopping trip!

All of the associates with whom I interacted were very friendly, personable, and fast in assisting me. I needed help finding a specific type of knob for my new door, and an associate spent some time helping me look for exactly the right one; at checkout, the cashier made conversation while also ringing my order up quickly and correctly. The store also did appear clean and orderly during my visit.

My husband sends me to pick up parts for him all of the time and I usually have no idea where to find these items. The associates are always available to help me and most remember me by name. I drive a little longer to this Home Depot location and it is worth it! Thank you.

the store is easy to get in to and to get out of plus right off the highway. we always find what we are looking for.

The store was clean and adequately lit and maintained for customers to readily access and find the items they are looking for.

This particular store is within 5 minutes of our home. My wife and I shop there quite frequently because the store has such a variety of products that we frequently need. We have been shopping there for many years and have bought our power mower, flooring, sink tops, lawn and garden items, tools, storage shed, garden decorations and many other items there. We feel comfortable shopping there because we know we will probably find what we need there and the personnel are always friendly and helpful. This tells me the store is well managed keeping customers first.

While going through self checkout with thee 50 pound bags of rock salt the associates at self check out stepped out of the area AFTER they saw me with 3 of these heavy bags in my cart. As such I had to lift each of these to scan them myself and return them to my cart. As I was waiting for my receipt to print out one associate returned smiling and stated you'll also need a shovel. My reply was no thank you but these bags are real heavy. Instead of offering a person to help me load the last 2 bags in the cart OR offer to have an associate load them in my vehicle all she could say was "Yep... Those bags sure are heavy" So much for suggesting I need help. Guess they now need to be told the OBVIOUS. I'll be sure to patronize a different Home Depot in the future.

I had trouble using a credit card that my father, who is blind, had reported as lost. Dad was with me and insisted that this was the correct card! Louise, who was watching the door for returns, manning (or woman-ing!) the self-check out registers and directing people where they could find items in the store....took the time to call the credit card services and straighten out my credit card situation. I am truly confident that had i stayed a bit longer, she could have come up with a solution to the "Dad problem"!! This was all handled with a smile and a great sense of humor on Louise' s part. Louise made my trip to Home Depot bearable with Dad!!

Our Salesperson did an excellent job explaining the product, it's features and the buying process. He made us feel welcome and important as a customer. He was very patient and took the time to thoroughly answer our questions. In addition, he "shopped" the competitor's products for us while we were in the store.

90% of the employees are very friendly/helpful. Your cashiers are awesome, they keep the lines moving and are always very friendly and make you feel welcome.

I needed repair parts for storm door latch. The only thing available was entire latch assembly.

My daughter ordered 2 table lamps for me that I just love. She surprised me by home depot sending me a text message to pick up my order that I made. I didn't make it though. So I called her and she said she had just placed the order! It was so fast. Home depot is right down the street from me. I'm always there anyway. I went down and picked up the lamps, but not before I purchased paint, and a 75% off Christmas item. Great day
