Employees are very friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and orderly. Assistant Manager Joe is very knowledgeable about store supplies and he personally assisted me in finding what I needed.

Today, I needed 2 bathroom door hinges. None appeared to be in stock but.....an employee, named "RICH," went all out in locating what I needed, including getting on a ladder and searching overhead stock. He found a package of 3 hinges. I needed only two. He marked a package of 3 as if the price was for 2 and personally walked me to the cashier to explain. Great employee!!

Could use more invetory in tool area. No tool boxes on display like alot of stores.

Store was clean, associates were helpful, plenty of check out lines made my trip as painless as possible!

The Home Depot in Ft.Walton Beach, FL is great! It is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Also, they are very knowledge about where their products can be found. No question is too hard for them. Love that store!

I was in the checkout line with a 92y.o. veteran while the impatient cashier would not help him with the credit card machine, nor would she take the bag out of the rack after the purchase -- she just stood there & watched him bend over and have trouble getting the bag to release so he could pick it up and leave..... The store was well stocked, so i gave it an overall of 2 stars, even though the checkout process was lousy.

I have not run into a disrespectful clerk since moving to FL in April. I have not had a problem with any contact I have had with the associates. All have been helpful and courteous.

Associate in plumbing was most helpful in helping us select the right lawn pump and supplies for our yard. The checkout employee, Pam, was most helpful with our purchase, helping us save with discount. You don't get that at Lowe's. Which is where we usually shop. We will definitely be using Home Depot from now on.

I went into contract with Home Depot in Fort Walton Beach, Fl to have floor tile installed. The order had to be special ordered so there was a delay in project to start until arrival which I was good with. Delivery was awesome with Trevor delivering with prompt and professional service and stacking the pallets of materials in a quick and orderly fashion. However, the Home Depot contracted installers had to push start date back two different times. I had taken time off from work to support this install. Unacceptable from Home Depot. Another issue arose when installers told me there would be another 1,009 dollars to get project going due to some floor leveling to be done. I had not been briefed nor had this amount been factored in as a be prepared to empty bank account to support. As a first time home improvement home owner I was not aware all this was going to happen. I went through Home Depot to avoid the horror stories of people having bad experiences sub contracting out on their own. Project is currently on going and I hope to not have any other issues. I contacted the project liaison and she stated that unforeseen issues may arise. Well a 1,009 dollar unforeseen not budgeted hurts. If been briefed that type of costs when deciding to do the project with Home Depot I could have prepared financially and mentally for the cost.

I am a regular shopper at this store and highly recommend it to my friends.
