GREAT STORE, BUY ALMOST EVERYTHING AT THE GAYLORD MICH STORE

The Gaylord store is better stocked, neater, and cleanner than some other Home Depots we have been in. The location is great!

this store has very friendly & helpful employes. never had an issue if we needed to do a return. location makes it very convient to get to.

The employee's are very kind and helpful and considerate of what your needs are from roofing to walls to electrical and plumbing,and appliances and lawn and garden ,and carpets.

I've never been treated so kind by all departments ,cashiers, and the manager everyone goes beyond my expectations . the help & advice on anything I have ever needed is top shelf . This particular store has the best help . I certainly get treated at the "other" store down the street like I do Gaylords Home Depot

The store is very clean. The workers where very helpful & friendly.

We always have great service and prices. More than once associates have gone above and beyond to help us! For this reason we rarely even “shop around”, we just go to Home Depot where we know we’ll get good prices, product AND service!

Everyone in this store was so pleasant to me, I was just really amazed how caring they were, taking care of my order and all the other problems I had. I was in awe how I was treated felt as though they really cared about me.

Store was very clean. Restrooms were so clean and even smelled clean witch is very hard to find in a lot of stores. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great store layout. Very friendly employees. They always say "thank you for your service" when I show my military ID card. That means a lot to me.

All good! Even though I didn’t need help everyone was very polite. Smiling and saying hello. Also asked if they could help.

I have been patronizing The Home Depot both here in Gaylord, MI, and also, Peoria, AZ. Any issues I have had on any products have always been handled in a professional manner, and to my satisfaction.

This store has very efficient and helpful employees. The store is neat and clean, and everyone is friendly. Shopping there is a really great experience and the prices are good too.

Went in to buy paint, the employees were very helpful but unfortunately the paint that I needed was out of stock, literally half way through the sale period. This isn't the first time that sale items were out of stock one or two days into the sale. I'd recommend this store with one caveat. If you're going because of specific sale items, go the first day of the sale period.

Very helpful agents! Take you to product location. Friendly, good attitude employees. Make you feel welcome. Do their best to make youe visit an experience to remember.

Informative and friendly staff. Clean and easy to find anything you may be looking for. A very pleasant place to shop for any remodeling you may be thinking of doing whether it be by professionals or DYI projects. Staff takes the time to explain how DYI projects can be completed correctly with easy step by step instructions.

I am not the type that normally goes to a lumber yard but my husband need a piece of wood and Teresa [ maybe Teri ?] made checking out very comfortable

Helpful and friendly employees

On Wednesday the 13 I was at your store to by supplies when I noticed on your discount cart od building lumber about 10-12 pieces of 16 foot 2X12’s that I could use . After I purchased what I came for I asked your employee Gabe at the builders desk if I could purchase the long items and ten go home and get my trailer to pick up and was told the NO , it was Home depots policy NOT to hold this discounted lumber even if paid for in advance .. I left and picked up my trailer and returned 20 minutes later only to find that the lumber I wanted was loaded up on a cart and on “hold “ behind the desk at builders services with GABE standing beside it . I asked if he was “holding “ it while someone left and was getting their trailer and he said “ they are in the parking lot bringing their trailer up to load “ I asked if this is true why is it over here in the holding area behind the contractor sales and went to the parking lot to look for myself . [for 10 minutes NO ONE came with trailer to load this material] I came back inside and asked for a manager and GABE said that would not be good and told me I could buy the materials . I later was told that GABE had informed a friend about these boards and loaded the cart and was holding them for this person and LIED to me

Employees are hard to find and not available on the sales floor. The cashiers were friendly as always!

Friendly helpful staff. I know where everything is when I come in. If I can’t find it, the staff knows right where to look.

We live by the Mackinaw bridge but we drive to your store because you have a better selection and have never had a bad experience. All your employees are friendly and helpful. Not always the experience in Petoskey. Thank you Gaylord employees
