I 1st called to have items ready for pick up as I was on a time limit I was put on hold several minutes transferred and no one ever picked up so I ended up just going to the store no 1 offered assistance approached a group of staff chatting asked for help there was hesitation 2 of the employees started walking to show me where to go. the item I needed was up high and needed to be taken down by a machine it was clear 1 of the associates was extremely agitated he had to do this as he informed me this was not his department then I was rudely told I needed to get out of the aisle then the extremely heavy items were placed on a Dali and left right there for me to push up front to the register never offered assistance until I got to the register and another associate had asked if I needed help and I most certainly did as I could not even lift that into my car the cashier was friendly however there was a lot going on in the store some of the aisles were taped off and you couldn't get down them just seem like a lot of chaos

Love shopping at this Home Depot! The prices are good, sales are great and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

I choose to do most of my shopping at this store because the employees are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have never been out of stock of anything I have ever gone there looking for. Prices are very competitive, if not better, too.

Very helpful personnel, knowledgable, took time, took me to the location of my item, helped me pick out the right ones for my purpose. Easy checkout scanned my items and helped me check out and answered my questions.

Had a terrible experience today. Bought $2000 worth of carpet. I was told I'd save 100 bucks if I signed up for the credit card. They never credited me the coupon. The person on the phone was very rude and rushed me. She told me that it would be a "quick fix" at the store, ok no problem. I get to the store. Im there for 20 minutes with 5 workers looking at the computer screen scratching their heads trying to figure out how to give me my 100 back. By the time they figure it out they want me to wait to have the entire order redone which I didnt have time for. The whole meanwhile this woman is being rude to me telling me multiple times "I picked a bad time". She even rushed the customer service girl to get me out of the store which caused her to short me on the refund when I finally said to delete the entire order. Overall, worst customer service experience I've ever had for a place I dump so much money into. After all that, I still have to go somewhere to order my carpet!!

Personable and knowledge staff, which is rewarding for a large home improvement store.

I was helped by Marshall what an awesome attitude to have with customers. Last words I remembered him saying is I like to treat others the way I want to be treated. He also gave extra information that was very helpful. He did not rush me he took his time and showed that he really cared. That is awesome and exceptional service.

I had researched the item I wanted to purchase on the website. It gave me how many were in the store and what aisle to find it on. I was able to go right in to the store, find my item and get out with no problems. The self check out clerk was friendly and able to give me my military discount and even offered to help me to my car even though the store was getting busy.

The store was neat and well organized and the personnel were polite and helpful.

Whenever I need assistance, everyone is so helpful, and knowledgeable. I always have a great experience, shopping at the home depot!
