I had a quick stop to make at this Home Depot and these people could not have been more helpful and nice

Do yourself a favor and skip this store if you need to buy anything other than a plant.

Tom helped me rent a truck to deliver a birthday gift that made my most special friend so happy. Tom went above and beyond to make everything work and he was concerned about me completing my mission. I couldn't have gotten it done without Tom. Thank you Tom!

this store has very much dedicated staff who are always around ready to help find whatever one is looking for. Other Home Depot store we have used in the past have staff who often do seem to know enough about what is in their store and too many times you have to follow them around to get in line for information. I have started going to this store and always leave glad with the experience.

The staff at the Glenview Home Depot is always a pleasure to deal with. Not only will they answer your questions and help you find the items that you're looking for, they offer instructions on how to use the products and other suggestions that may help you with your projects.

The sales associates always offer to help and are extremely nice. They do not rush and make sure you find what you need or suggest alternatives. The second time i went to this location a sales associate recognized me and stopped to say hi. I will definitely keep coming back to this location.

The three people who came to help me at different places in the store were all very nice and actually helped! But Bob the cashier was terrific, fun and friendly, provided service even at the 'self service' register. He turned a hum drum task into a happy part of my day. Thanks Bob.

Coming from one who usually hates hardware stores, I can't begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciated all the help and kindness given by Wendy and the other associates (sorry I don't remember all the names). Dewalt had a tool that my husband wanted and we knew Home Depot carried it. We live in Deerfield so yesterday he went to the Home Depot here and received no help from the associates there... as a matter of fact he felt even brushed off. He left without making any purchase at all. Today, we went to the Home Depot in Glenview. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Starting off with the associates in the tool aisle, they couldn't have been nicer, actually helped us search various areas of the store (everything was being moved around since it was just after Christmas) In the meantime, I went to the service desk and a very nice gentleman asked me what I needed, and as I was explaining A lady named Wendy over heard and was already looking the item up on the computer. It showed that the store had 3, but they couldn't be found. So Wendy called the Deerfield store because the computer showed that they had 11 of the item (they could have made a sale the day before) Then, in the meantime, the associates in Glenview found the 3 tools. We bought 2 of them, Management should be very proud of their associates. We will do our shopping at the Glenview Home Depot from now on. Deerfield's loss.

only bought a Christmas tree today. come here monthly. will purchase new refrigerator next month

Excellent assistance from an older male associate who helped me find a long appliance brush for cleaning lint out of dryers. I needed the item for a completely different purpose and what the gentleman found for me was perfect for the job. He was very warm, attentive and took me straight to the aisle to help me find the item I was looking for. He was a great help to me and saved me time looking for it on my own.

Come on Friday night. No one is at this store! Everyone was so helpful.

The store was clean, in good order and needed supplies are readily available. Jim, the associate assigned to assist customers in the parking lot helps to make every visit to this store a great experience. Every associate in the store offered assistance and had a friendly greeting.

In a snow storm, Scott Looper, store associate, spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect Christmas tree. It was a very enjoyable experience because of Scott.

Store was easy to find. Associates were more then helpful. I only went in for a few things and everyone i spoke with seemed to know exactly where stuff was, so finding what I needed was easy. Even got some recommendations on how to improve the little paving project i was working on. Good selection of tools. I went in for a level and hand compactor. They have great ones that are kinda pricy, And less expensive ones that work just as good.

Associate went the extra mile to find a solution to my problem and he obviously had product knowledge. Quality of associates here is back to what it was years ago when Home Depot first opened.
