I've shopped this store often and everyone has always been helpful and friendly.

The employees at this Home Depot are always friendly and helpful. I have been to other Home Depot’s in larger areas and you can’t find help anywhere. Here they are willing and eager to find and get you the help you need.

I had a customer experience that was time involved. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the employee Kevin, My whole experience with the Customer Service Desk and the three people that I had the pleasure of doing business with at the Customer Service Desk were enjoyable. It was a refreshing experience to have genuine niceness under pressure. I walked away totally satisfied customer with my large appliance purchase and the savings I received and the discounts. Great store! Employees were so knowledgeable and helpful! We came in with a long list of items we needed for our beach house and expected to be there a long time. It didn't! Each employee knew exactly where to tell us to go and get what we needed, from the aisle number down to the right or left side, and top or bottom shelf. It was more of a pleasure to shop there than a chore. Nice and clean store too. Will be coming back for sure.

Our experience was phenomenal. Our cashier Kathleen was amazing. She helped answer alot of questions and was still able to get us what we came in to get and she was very professional. We were very pleased with everything.

Had an issue with product that prompted me to return to store to speak with someone about resolving the issue. From the time I entered the store Destiny was warm and welcoming. She understood my issue, helped me reach a resolution and did it all with a professional demeanor and tone. A great addition to my local Home Depot! For the most part we always find what we need or the employee may suggest where we may find what we need. They are always asking to help or just say Hello and make it a very friendly atmosphere. We appreciate the knowledge they share to help us with our DIY projects.

This store has employees that are friendly & helpful. They make it easy for customers to load their purchases and will be glad to help if needed. If you have items left over from a job, they will gladly return them to help buy items for the next job. If they don't have the item you are looking for, will tell you where they think you might get it . Just a great place to do business in my opinion --

What better way to feel good about accomplishing a home project, when you start with their professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff at the Gloucester, Virginia Home Depot.

I am so glad we have a Home Depot in my area. There are other stores in the county, but I go to Home Depot the most. The employees take care of you if you need help. There other stores that don't give you help or if you need help you have to find someone to help. Your store is stocked with just about any product you need. I did get help from the lady at the customer help desk and she directed me to the isle and told me exactly where the product was. Your store is great to go to get what you need. Very friendly associates in your store. Great place to shop!

Gloucester Home Depot is the only home improvement store you want to shop at! Not only do their employees have excellent product knowledge, their customer service goes above and beyond anywhere I’ve ever shopped. The store is always clean and tidy and you will never wander around wondering where an item is. There’s always an employee offering to help you. Really nice folks. A big box store with a small town friendly atmosphere!

Always find what I need and if I can't the employees will find it with me. Products are good quality with fair prices and almost always in stock, if not they'll get it. Have had to make some returns but there is never an issue, just pleasant attitudes. With examples like the Assistant Manager Bill. L you don't have to wonder why.

I was clueless about choosing bathroom tile and supplies and the saleswoman, Raja ?....was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I found and purchased everything I need! She is a great asset to the company.

I have shopped at several of the Home Depot stores in this area including Newport News, Williamsburg and more. By far the Gloucester store has the friendliest and most helpful staff. We are Pro X customers and their ability to make are transactions smooth and quick with text to confirm is an extremely valuable tool for our business. We look forward to continuing to shop with our Gloucester store.

The customer service staff are great and helpful each time I have ever gone to Home Depot. They go above and beyond when it comes to helping me figure out what tools I need for my home projects.

The store is consistently well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. I've been a customer of this store for over 12 years and have not had any problems - even when items needed to be returned, the staff was very accommodating.

Store was clean but the customer service was lacking. Had to find an employee, asked the question and then got a typical, "I'm not sure". This Home Depot is geared toward businesses rather than a mixture of DIY'ers.
