Fast, efficient and friendly staff. In and out quickly.

CHAD IN FLOORING WAS ONE OF THE MOST PATIENT SALES REPS I'VE DEALT WITH IN A VERY LONG TIME. HE WORKED US THROUGH SEVERAL FLOORING ISSUES AND NEVER GAVE UP ON US - NOR US HIM! CHAD, YOUR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AWARD IS WELL DESERVED!!

The Grand Island Home Depot has excellent customer service. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. We have always found the Grand Island store to have a large variety of products at reasonable pricing to help us get our projects done.

Marcedes was very very helpful and friendly. I live in Omaha, two hours away from this store. This store was the closest store with the mower I needed and Marcedes HAPPILY went out of her way to make double, triple sure that the mower was not only in stock, but pulled for pickup and even made it easier for my father in law to pick up for me. The world would be a better, more enjoyable place if every employee was like her. I'm serious. This is the perfect example of how one employee can impact a person's view of the entire store.

Always people there if I'm not too stubborn to figure it out myself. I can go in, look at things I have to talk myself out of buying and then buy it anyway. Always good promotions. Some standouts at this location. Elissa, both the ladies in the paint department, whose names I will catch the next time they help me. That one guy who is always wandering the middle aisle asking people if they need help, the one dude at the self-checkout, everybody really.

Hopefully not many people need to return items but if you do, you probably want to look for Maria or Marcedes. Not only will they brighten up your day but they will get you squared away to the point where you actually are glad your equipment malfunctioned so that you had the chance to meet them. They changed the trajectory of my whole weekend. Im still in a good mood because of them and that was two days ago.

Stopped in to return a few trees that were under warranty. Customer Service helped me find my rec't and got me my new trees. A nursery expert examined my dead trees and gave me tips for success with my new trees. The service was fantastic, especially in a day and age where service is almost non-existent. Thank you Marcedes and Brian for all your help!

All the staff is very helpful!!!! You do not have to go find them, they are all over the store! All the items we needed were available.

The associate Brandon was very helpful in finding the sump pump I needed.

The sales representatives were very helpful and were able to reach out to the company and get us what we needed to replace our window.

Very helpful with getting what I needed!

Enjoyed shopping at the GI Home Depot. We were easily able to find everything we needed, then the associates were so helpful in making sure we found what we needed. Everything we needed was in stock...and we were very impressed with the selections of the products we were looking at or buying. Home Depot is always a very clean store, Restrooms especially appreciated as we come in from out of town. We were impressed with everyone being so helpful and friendly.

During my visit to the store I was greeted and welcomed. I found the products I wanted to purchase and received help getting them. Tarressa the cashier was very patient and when we were having trouble she called Jason over to help me. Both were genuinely helpful. Jason was extremely generous. During this time of year and with all the pandemic issues it was refreshing to meet a sales staff who I felt were genuine in helping me. Both Tarressa and Jason should be commended along with all the staff at the Grand Island NE. store. The store manager should be very proud of your staff and store. They did a great job and I will be shopping at your store in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had what I needed and helped me understand how to install myself

I recently had a project that I knew little about in terms of product availability and integration. I had the good fortune to meet Chris when I needed help. I had a great experience and got the product/system that I was seeking. the store was very well kept and everything with the exception of one small item was in stock. I was a small, free standing item that was ordered immediately and is now in for pickup.

I found the exact freezer that I was looking for. The sales associate approached me. I didn't have to search for someone, which has been my experience at other stores. He was knowledgeable about the product. He checked and found that there was only the floor model available of the freezer that I wanted. He looked it over with me to ensure that there was no damage. He carefully wrapped it so it would not get damage on the way to my home. It had no price tag. Since it was a floor model he has the SKS number in his phone and loaded up the freezer and took it to the cashier and gave her the SKS number to ensure that there was no issues when I paid. He and another employee loaded it into my truck. It was a great experience. All I had to do was pick what I wanted and pay for it. The way is should be.
