I shop here all the time and travel farther to use THIS store!

The associates support was really an outstanding experience

It was a good experience the store was neat clean and organized

Home Depot is my one stop shop for things I need around the house, such as tools, small appliances, lighting, and so on. I'm glad we have a store located on Fry Rd, which is nearby and close to other stores. And now that I'm a father, its cool that I can take my daughters there too to show them where to get this stuff!

I have always been able to find what I am looking for. The store is organized, store associates are extremely friendly and professional whenever I cannot find an item. Return process is straight forward.

The store was orderly and clean. Associates were readily available near the entrance welcoming customers and offering assistance. It made my shopping experience quick and easy. I enjoy taking my time and really looking around studying the merchandise for ideas, but when I am strapped for time, its great to have associates take me directly to where I need to find what's on my list and on to the check out. It puts me back on my home project faster. Very helpful for weekend projects when time is of the essence.

The store was very clean and the associates were very helpful.

With growth in the area, this location is burdened with what can be referred to as the Walmart or Sam's Club effect. Incredible traffic flow and congestion problem getting in and out of this location on weekends. There were also a number of near miss head-on or t-bone accidents in the parking lot on this visit. Not sure what can be done, but thought it should be brought to your attention. By the way, we don't shop at Wally-World because of the congestion and unnecessary stress.

This is my favorite store for all my home needs and gardening related needs every year.

William in the lumber department was extremely helpful and friendly. He took time to find out about my home project and ensured I had everything I needed to complete it

So much better than Lowes, the staff actually wants to be there, and the staff always makes an effort to meet my needs.

associates are not friendly, especially at check out desk.

I had forgotton my wallet and despite scorung my car for loose change, I was still $2 short. Larry kindly lent me $2 to complete my purchase. Excellent customer service!

The home depot employees at parkway have been very helpful with my project they have assisted me and isles and have been very nice thank you. I would recommend anybody to go to this store it's very clean and organizes its easy to find the products .

If you are a big kid at heart just as I am, then Home Depot is the place to be. I love do it yourself projects, and going to Home Depot helps me do just that. The only draw back is that I do not have enough money to spend to satisfy my urge to build. Building life one two by four at a time.

It took some time to find a helpful associate but once we did things were great.

Looking for some small pad locks, I found a great variety of them and several sizes. Specially glad to see the right size I needed and in a 2-pack form which saved me money. Very happy.

This is basically anytime we go to Home Depot and need an associate for help, the associates at this or any Home Depot are outstanding and go way beyond to help you. We used to go to another store ( wont name names) and had horrible customer service all around and then went to Home Depot one day and have not turned back. Love the store and love the associates!

I was looking for a LED light bulb. A staff member not only showed me where they were but pointed out a less expensive option. The friendly and knowledgeable people at Home Depot is why I go there to shop for my home repair needs.

The store is clean and the employees are helpful. Easy to find items and if you have questions concerning lumber or building Materials- ask for WILLIAM- He was so helpful, trying to figure out material needs for a project I am working on. thank you
