I tell Everyone Home Depot is “My Store” I have practically remodeled my whole house with everything from Home Depot. Customer service is Superior and Friendly and every one is very knowledgeable and friendly in every department! I Love My Home Depot!!!

I went to look for a toilet flange and the one I grabbed had on the back side. Clearly a returned product that hasn’t been checked for anything.

When I went into the store I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for Frank stepped up and showed me exactly what I needed and how to operate it it was awesome.

I've always had a great experience shopping at home Depot nothing really ever has been bad for me

Despite a manufacturing flaw in the purchased item (not Home Depot's error) which required a return/exchange of the item we bought, your staff was helpful and moved quickly to resolve the issue. Store is clean, well organized, conveniently located. Made a bad day much better for us.

We are doing an extensive remodel and this Home Depot has been a huge resource for our project. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the store carries a good selection of building materials. Home Depot online has also been a great resource for fixtures and decorative items needed for the remodel.

I JUST PURCHASED A LG ELECTRIC OVEN AIR FRYER LOTS OF GREAT FEATURES. I HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS BEING ASKED IF I NEED ANY HELP.

I had a long list and not looking forward to shopping. I asked Shawn L for help and he made the shopping totally stress free and we knocked out my list fast.

By far the best Home Depot I have ever been too. If you want to feel like you and your project matter then this is the store for you.

Trina, Karla, Stephen, Frank & Naomi went above and beyond to help my family and I at this branch. We have made many purchases here over the past few years and have found it to be one of the best facilities in Southern Oregon. People like these employees put the ‘home’ in “Home Depot!”

I buy a lot of products from Grants Pass Home Depot they’ve always been fair and they are willing to make things right if a product broke.

I didnt want to buy a log splitter that had been sitting out in the rains so they sold me a brand new isplitter that haddent been outside

The people at this location are super helpful and most of the time I can easily find someone to help. Most items are in stock and if not will be there or at my house in a day.

I love my local Grants Pass store.

Kitchen remodel design took three months ... unacceptable. By then the cabinetry I wanted was on back order and/or unavailable. Bath remodel with Jacuzzi-brand jetted tub - delivery was delayed by 2 weeks and put the entire project back 6 weeks due to contractor having penciled me in for a date certain and then had to accommodate the tub delay by delaying my project. Color # for Behr paint online not available in-store resulting in one hour delay to place order. My customer/account info got mixed up and another hour wasted until the customer service desk could fix it.

I love these screws because they grab right away and go in fast...

I have been shopping at this store forever and just recently it seams like customer service is not nearly as important as it used to be. Its like there working for a check and dbug them. them.

I like the store and the products...but we could not get our normal veteran's discount as the recently changed the rule. I specifically took the veteran's information in to DMV to be able to get the veteran's symbol on my driver's license so I could use that to get my discounts. Home Depot no longer will accept that. I now have to give THEM all the info I already gave to DVM. I see NO need in showing them this info too. They should accept the DMV veteran's ID

We were attacked verbally and physically confronted in parking lot by male white in 60s with marine corps tattoos and red didgr ram newer truck. Staff stepped in to de escalate it and protected us during shopping. Thank you. A dangerous situation became safe. They care here

I avoid big box home stores like the plague simply because I am a senior, a widow, and rarely, if ever, get the assistance I need. I usually leave before I have completed my list. Kudos to this store for stepping up their customer service. This visit was, dare I say it?, a very pleasant experience. I was done in record time and out the door with a completed list.

Empoyies are very considerate and helpfull

We visit this Grants Pass store on a regular basis and appreciate the great customer service and, usually, decent prices on most items sold. Many times our cahiers are friendly and positive. And we have had times when we have returned items in Customer Service and the employees there were also very helpful and resolved our product issues/returns in a timely and professional manner. Thank you! :)

I haven't had one bad experience with they Grants Pass Home depot. every employee is always willing to help. they are all so sweet

Ive been here in Grants Pass for around 5 months. I am here for medical reasons. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and very much appreciate the parking signs for Purpleheart and Disabled Veterans at this location. Fairbanks, Ak. last year did not offer these parking signs.
