I have traded at this store for the last 7 years. Everyone is always ready to help you and will stop what they are doing to take you to the item or items you are looking for. They take the time to explain if necessary how to operate & use what your purchasing. The do it with a smile.

We have recently begun fixing things around our home that have been long neglected, but due to Covid we have plenty of time on our hands to start working on them. We are not handy type of people so we needed lots of help, in the store everybody is so willing to help, and even when you make a mistake and purchased the wrong thing or use the wrong color of anything they are always willing to make you happy, this is an excellent store with excellent employees who go over and above to make sure that you are taken care of, they make you feel important to them.

I shop at our Home Deport 2-3 per week. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot to choose from and we needed to be pointed the right direction, and we were, and the employee brought us a cart.

The staff at this Home Depot go out of their way to be helpful with any inquiry you might have. The store is always neat and tidy and well-marked as to where items can be found. If you order things online for pick up at the store, that too is an easy process.

The employees are generally courteous and helpful. None have been negative or disrespectful. Some seem to be as knowledge as professionals, such as plumbers or carpenters. What I have heard on television causes me pause. I think the corporate should stay out of politics. I go to Home Depot only when the other stores in town don't have what I want.

The place to go to, for what you need, and great prices.

Long lines in lumber area for checkout. Cashier gave me too much change(which she held her hand out like I was causing her extra work) for cash I wanted. First of all she never said a word to me literally the whole time until I brought money back in when I realized at truck. She questioned her making a mistake and then took the extra money, said thanks and went on to the next customer. Not too grateful.

Please check receipts carefully that contain paint purchases. This store is overcharging for the Oregon "Paint Recovery Fee". A few weeks ago I bought 2 gallons of deck stain and was charged $1.95 PER GALLON for the fee, that is an overcharge of $1 per gallon. On this receipt I was charged .95c for a can of spray paint, it should be exempt from the fee. I've pointed out the discrepancy to store cashiers a few times, they just shrug it off.

As described earlier he gets it and cannot use his veterans discount and a coupon at the same time I think this is a disgrace I believe other veterans would believe this to our discount is due to our service to protect this company not a coupon

Sheri at customer service and the older tall guy with long hair in a pony tail that wears a military looking hat... are RUDE. Avoid them at all cost. Everyone else is pretty friendly and somewhat helpful but a few seem annoyed when someone asks them a question. Don't like your job? LEAVE!

The store was very well stocked, and clean.

Stock on hand did not match was what inventory on shelf. I had to go another store to get the full quantity of what I needed for my project. This store is also overcharging for the Oregon pay fee recycling program. Scam.

I like the selection but the prices do seem a bit high for such a big store. I've been able to find the same items at other stores for less. But I guess I'm paying more at home depot for the convenience of not having to go to multiple stores.

My honest review for Mr. Home Depot. I enjoy coming to Home Depot for the following reasons: 1. I am a retired US Navy sailor who served our Great Country for 20 years which was an honor for me. Thus, the discount at Home Depot, and even a parking spot is something that makes me feel appreciated. As I am a Vietnam Veteran that came home and did experience scorn, and even "hate" from a few people for just doing my voluntarily duty to God and Country for their sake (so I thought). 2. This store is close to my home, which saves me time, and money. 3. I feel that Home Depot has great products to choose from, and in stock. 4. Customer service has always helped me out, and I have absolutely no issues with same... in fact, it was Brandy who I last saw who was able to save me $50.00 dollars on my last purchase!!!! 5. Lastly, the store staff have always been helpful, friendly, and so much more for me.... oh, and the restroom has been nice and clean whenever I have had the need for same. ** Thank you Home Depot. What more can I say?
