Jim is always at the store, i swear he must live there like some hobo stashed away between aisles. This would make sense because he always seems to know exactly where everything is all the time.

just crowded on weekends

Everything was good but employees try and direct you with product,and they are not sure where and send wherever they think in the store .It is not good with bad knees.

Not enough staff available to answer questions.

Think twice before having Home Depot do your flooring. There are only a couple of people in the whole department who understand it from beginning to end. I made multiple trips that took hours each time because of uneducated employees. Each time I went in a new employee would completely redo my order. They're terrible at returning your phone calls oh, it can take days. Charged for items that I didn't order and had to be reimbursed for. Installation happens tomorrow and I'm only hoping it goes well. Employees are very friendly but who cares with that much chaos?

Great stock on shelves..good/correct people in all posistions..well staffed in all departments.. All staff were in Friendly mood/knew the products and so much more..thanks for all /and for what u do to the community of Grants Pass Or.. Thanks Keith Canady Lets Be Shady llc 2021

Normally I shop at Home Depot but I will try to shop 'local' in Grants Pass or go to Medford Home Depot.

I like that I can go online to learn is the product I want is available on the store shelf.

Love having a Home Depot in my town. Great experience with my kitchen design person, Amanda. She is knowledgeable and efficient, gave me great suggestion and info on my options and products. Well stocked shelves, nice garden staff, knowledgable, good assortment of electrical, plumbing and hardware.

Very friendly employees and they are always ready to help.....keep up the good works guys.

The pricing on items are insane. Makes it difficult for the little guy to complete projects.

Really appreciated the swiftness and availability of the staff at this Home Depot by phone today - very efficient and helped me place an order that the website wouldn't let me place for a very affordable gas range - wanted to catch it while it was still on sale! Whole transaction only took 4 minutes! Very friendly and helpful operator and appliance dept.

The (2) returns ladies that were in returns about 6pm last night are TERRIBLE! Slow an dont want to do their job. I spent 40 minutes in line last night and watched one walk around doing nothing for 30 minutes till she left the building. She basically wasted time till it was time to go home. In that time she could have helped the 6 people in line, but no she made us wait for a very nice guy to get the job done, that she should have done. The other lady chatted and talked with a single customer for those same 30 minutes. Wonder why this is allowed. Keep the guy, lose the lazy ladies.....

Safari says I am unsecure in the App Store I like the store but what’s up with the cage in the parking lot with all the boxes.It’s making the plastic tops week sitting in the hot sun in wrapped in plastic can’t even get in the gate open you have to find a lot guy to open the gate. But he won’t have any keys So for they moved some over by the appliances. Probably took two weeks for them to do that.And then the lady tell me I can’t take my plant back?

We have bought many appliances there for home and rental. I've never had a bad sales person at this store.... One that stands out was Barbara who is not in the store but still working from the phone for Home Depot... she went way out of her way to help us. We missed seeing her this time and hope she comes back with the virus is over.

This is the cleanest, friendliest HD in the country. You don’t know how lucky you are to have this in your town. Love this store want to pack it up and take it home with me.

I have shopped at this store since it first opened, in fact I have shopped at the Home Depot stores since they first opened many years ago, when I lived in California. In 2004 when I was building our dream home here in Grants Pass I purchased a large amount of products for our house, from Home Depot. Things like lighting fixtures, faucets, ceiling fans and more. Sadly at that time there was not Home depot in Grants Pass, forcing me to travel to the Roseburg store. I also bought items from Home Depot stores in southern California who generously gave me a 10% discount on everything I bought. The reason for this was, I explained that I lived in Oregon where there is no sales tax and so the managers of the Home Depot stores, I visited in California, gave me that 10 % discount to cover the cost of the sales tax. I can not recall any time that I have not been totally pleased with what I bought at Home Depot or with the service I have received. I have had a couple of occasions where I have needed to talk with the store manage but it turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part and the manager graciously resolved my enquiry. There have been times that the store didn't have in stock an item I wanted. But I found that I could buy that item via the online Home Depot store and have it shipped to our local store. Perhaps best of all is the fact that virtually everything I have bought at Home Depot has been less expensive than I would have had to pay elsewhere. My only complaint is that I bought a beautiful, Hampton Bay, St Regis, ceiling fan from Home depot some 16 years ago that has served us well. But a year or so back the built-in remote receiver package decided to stop working. I was not able get a replacement part from Home Depot. And despite an assistant trying to help me with some phone calls, we still couldn't locate a replacement part. However, I did some investigation and found that an independent company had bought many of the Hampton Bay spares and I was able to get a replacement part from them. The fan is now fully functional and looks as beautiful as ever. My only request would be that Home Depot keep spare parts for such exceptional items as this fan. The St Regis fan I personally believe is perhaps the best fan that Hampton Bay have made and as such hard to replace. We have ceiling fans virtually throughout the house and to replace any entire fan would be no big issue, but the St Regis is special, with two levels of lighting, multiple speeds, as well as a reverse, and it is totally remotely controlled, no manual pull cords. Ideal for a bedroom, which is where we have ours located. Apart from this, I love Home Depot and will always shop there first for any of my do-it-yourself needs.

This Home Depot has very friendly staff, eager to help. I found the majority of the items I needed for my project. There service counter reps, and cashier was over the top helpful and genuinely nice. A great store for good service.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had a lady literally scream at me when I went to use the self check out. She would not let me check out and accused me of cutting in line. She was a sale associate and I had stood there in line watching her help the gentleman in front of me. When I walked away no one filled my spot there or was waiting for that spot. After being screamed at and humiliated I will not go back to this store. If I have to drive to Medford for supplies I would prefer to do that.
