Potential Shoppers- I can't say enough about my experience at this Home Depot this afternoon. I was assisted by the Outdoor Department Manager, Peter, and the General Manager, Joe. I had been hunting for weeks at a number of other stores for a particular barbeque grill. With great wit and patience, Peter and Joe helped me locate the grill, as their inventory system was showing 4 in stock and they were nowhere to be found. It turns out they were on the delivery truck at the loading dock. They got the grill off the truck and loaded it into my car. Other purchases in the same visit included a substantial Coleman cooler, a rose, ornamental perennial, paper products and pest control products (rest assured, not Round-Up or any Monsanto products!). Fantastic service from the moment I walked in the door. The experience was so impressive that I felt as though I made friends during my visit. Don't hesitate to shop at this store and please be sure to seek out Peter and Joe. Supporting staff were Rose, Jody and Tina.

This is a good store, neat, not a long wait to check out

Store is a great size --not too big ---but seems to have everything. Staff well trained and friendly. Very female friendly opposed to most Home Depots. I never had to lift, haul or reach for a thing. Check out was friendly and everyone on the staff is willing to help out as a team--management is doing something right here--whereby other Home Depots in California are such a nightmare. This store is a gem.

Best Home Depot in the system

I live in New Hampshire and yet the Home Depot in Keene, NH will never get my business. They have yet to provide any type of "customer service". The Greenfield store, yet smaller continues to provide personal customer services most every time I shop there and for that, it is MY store.

Well stocked with trees and plants

Emma was my cashier and she was awesome. Friendly and professional all wrapped into one. NEVER let Emma leave. Customers will not be happy

If you want a Home Depot where the employees will go out of their way to help you and stay with you while one shops the whole store----then please go to this store. I am a Designer/Contractor from California and just dread going into some the Southern California Home Depots since I can never get any help. This store is a dream. Whatever department you are shopping in there no doubt will be an employee who is well versed in that area or maybe even owned their own business related to that particular field.

Employees are always friendly. Just wish the store had more products.

The employees at the Greenfield Ma store are extremely friendly and helpful. There is always someone readily available to help me find a item and to answer questions.

I have found the Greenfield Home Depot store to be 1) always well stocked, 2) the employees are always knowledgeable about where the inventory is in the store 3) the employees are always helpful about how to efficiently use the products 4) all of the employees are always friendly 5) the store is always maintained in a clean and orderly and neat way.

Not the biggest Home Depot, but the best staff that I've seen. Clean, really relaxed & friendly. They treat non-professional contractors well, and don't make you feel stupid when you admit you don't know what your were doing when you started that home project. They let my well behaved little Rat Terrier, TinTin come in with me!!!

The Greenfield Ma Home Depot Store , is Highly recommended . All the employees go above an beyond to help all the customers out an assist in making sure we find and get what we need .
