I have been buying from this store for many years . sometimes not happily. Somethings have changed for the better, like employee assistance,better stocking of shelves, cleaner ,better looking display of stock especially the plumbing area.

I have always found the employees to be very helpful in helping to find products. Return center always very helpful and friendly. Like wide variety of products, and quality.

Only self service registers open no regular register I have an arm in a sling still required to do everything myself. Asked open up a register said they can't do it. This is terrible customer service, if I'm going to check myself out I should get a discount as an employee.

Dealt with 3 associates the day of my 10/02/19 purchases - RG05FW in kitchens, big Jon in Paint and head cashier young guy w glasses - all 3 where knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I was very happy w my cost all around.

Products in this store are easy to find due to great labeling as well as sensible product grouping. The store has everything I have ever needed. The selection and brands of tools represented in the tool area is awesome. The associates at the self checkout area are very helpful and nice. Everyone was very helpful in helping me figure out my project needs and options that I could use. Everyone went out of their way more than most home improvement stores.

I just had the most wonderful shopping experience at our local store un Greensburg. Matt helped us so much picking out bathroom tile. We had him all over the store. He walked with us found the tile we were looking for and was so professional. Then, at checkout, I had brought up some items not marked but Stephanelly was so wonderful. She cheerfully went to the aisles and got the correct prices. She was so professional. Home Depot Greensburg, you win my vote for best in the biz!!

Since the cash out changes this store is a pain to shop in. Find an open lane with a teller, not anymore. They scurry around and try to make it work. It's not their fault. Not enough people for the volume of the store. Customer satisfaction went out the window here!
