Stuff is scattered around the store, stacked in unlikely locations. But, there was no one around to help me find what I wanted.

Shop at Lowe’s. Home Depot does not care about customers and has no interest in resolving their issues.

I am a consistent Home Depot shopper. I compared pricing on specific products and Home Depot beat out competitors. Also, the best garden center with quality products.

The complete store....for your home needs, repairs and renovation of your home. My next project is to buy this beautiful electric mower.

I always purchase the products from this store. Recently , we bought 4 Banana plants . They are very healthy . I always happy to see these and great products and great plants.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase a ladder for my husband's birthday. He associates in that area went above and beyond to help me. They were very professional and cordial. I love shopping at this store.

I have been doing some remodeling and have been to this store several times in the past month or so. Always a pleasure to shop there. From the lumber section to the garden shop.

We are new to SC and this was our first visit to a Home Depot here. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is top notch! Visit the Greenville HD store, you will not be disappointed.

Home Depot on Woodruff Rd is always a pleasant experience. I am always greeted by the employees. If I need help, I always can find an employee to help me.

Just loved working with my cashier Joseph. Great guy. Cordial. Nice. Funny. Easy-going. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Made stuff happen quickly. He found stuff that other Home Depot service members thought weren't in stock. Not enough good things to say about him. Great sale prices in carpets. We love it!!

Always have someone at the Millwork Desk. People go to lunch and no one is there when customers come into the store.

Great Home Depot with friendly experienced staff. We received help from Dennis Merritt for selecting appliances for our new home. We were amazed how he and others were not biased toward any brands and Dennis shared tremendous details, and his expertise on the technologies, guiding us through intricacies and differences between different options. We felt like we were well-read and well-informed of the features and pros/cons within 20 mins of his consultation. The knowledgeable kind service we received made it our honor to return for purchase.

I had some trouble finding a product and thought it was just due to a shortage. I was going to let it go and not ask for any help and as I was checking out the Associate Joe asked if I was able to find everything I was looking for. I shared "well there were a few items I could not find". He said give me a minute and had someone come and assist me in my findings, which lead me to get all the items on my list. It felt great to walk away with only going to one store for my items. Joe really knows how to light up that store, by being friendly and sharing such a great customer service attitude. Great Job!

Christina @ store number 1104 gave me outstanding customer service. Went out of her way to help me find a product and then called another store and went above her duties to ensure the other store had the product waiting for me when I arrived.

In-store pickup might as well not be offered. I've only had a couple of successful in-store pickup experiences. Cashiers have shown little interest in helping me check out in the past. There are 5 local Home Depot stores that I shop at and this is the absolute worst for customer service.

I have bought many items from this store and they have always helped me in any way possible.

Jersey Joe not only got me a substantial discount on my shelving unit, he also got someone to help me load it in my car before I even asked!

The staff that we interacted with were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

A wonderful man asked if we needed help from across the isle and we did! He was so kind to help us get bins down that we couldn’t reach and also helped us get a larger one from a stack. Such a nice man! Then Joe at the check out could not have been more friendly and also provided great customer service - he was open and flagged us down so we didn’t have to wait in line. I’m more accustomed to not being able to find anyone to help - yay to this being the best Home Depot experience ever!

From the tool rental guys to the cashiers to the people on the floor, everyone at the Home Depot on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC are soooo awesome!

Every time we go to Home depot in Greenville we get excellent help and friendly service especially the cashier Jersey Joe. He is funny, helpful and fast!

Came here to buy tools for my new job. Very easy to find what I needed and didn't have to spend a long time trying to find what I was looking for. I was also happy to see that employees wanted to help me with my questions and didn't ignore me. That was a big plus. Checkout time was extremely fast as well. I'll be making a trip back very soon!
