Convenient place to shop for garden needs.

VERY FREINDLY AND HELPFULL SERVICE

This store has the most amazing workers and show pride in their work despite this Pandemic. I enjoy coming here and finding what I need all the time in a clean environment. Ryobi is the brand I love and I know I will find it there. The customer service is great and the staff are knowledgable about the products and where to find them. Keep up the great work.

I always enjoy going to the Home Depot, the store is clean, organized and employees are friendly.

Service members were so helpful-shout out to the lady at Self Checkout this morning(9/18/20), she was so nice and quick to help us when she noticed we had an issue, so sorry for not getting your name ma’am. Thank you for helping two southern girls out. Supplies were well stocked and easy to find without our husbands there with us this time. Way to go HomeDepotGuam!!!!

THE GUAM STORE IS FINE AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE FRIENDLY (SOME OF THEM)

Staff are friendly and try to accommodate your needs. They try to ensure checkout is as seamless as possible.

Not too many store associates on the floor to help with questions but the Cashiers are very friendly & efficient when checking out.

Home Depot is the place to shop for all your home needs. Its size meets the shopping demands of this island.

I like this store and its definitely a go-to place on island when we need cleaning supplies and also things to build around your house and garden. My only critique is the ply wood sections tend to run out on the really cheap ones. Should there be a way to supply for the demand especially during the Covid pandemic that everyone seems to be into building things? Can I order loose ply woods as an option and pick up at the store?

The level of customer service has been increasingly better from my many previous shopping experiences.

Very clean..always stocked on products we need..it is very safe to shop..and the customer service is outstandingly professional!! Plus...savings..10 percent off on retired military and veterans!!

Home depot(I called my favorite store) very clean,big and smells good.Good service and I never forget the smiling face from all the cashiers in home depot.

SINCE THIS STORE OPEN IT HAS NOT DISAPPOINTED ME. I LOVE THIS STORE AND I SEE THAT THEY TRY TO MAKE THINGS EASY FOR FOLKS TO FIND AND AISLE SPACING IS ADEQUATE WHEN ROLLING CARTS TO AND FRO. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND MOST ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS HD CARRIES. LOVE IT!

My visit to Home Depot was great! Stock of supplies were good. But, the best thing was when I "Catherine" provided great Customer Service. She was friendly, big smile, asked how I was doing and asked if I found everything I needed. This was a great way to start my day - Thank you Catherine for your Service. Keep up the good work.

I've always found that the store has a good selection of items and good prices. Occasionally, they are out of an item, but it is usually back in stock within a short time. Brother recently had a Refrigerator and Washer die on him, and was able to find a good replacement for both items, and had them quickly delivered to the house. Very nice items.

Improve frequency of shipment to Guam. Please Allow indent orders to be processed and paid for at your store.

The products was easy to find, store clean and assistance if need also associates were very friendly and helpful, shoppers would love shop here.

Did not enter store, was not aware of the app/curbside assistance but extremely grateful to have become privvy to the store's services during this pandemic.
