I love this store. I enjoy looking around. It's in a great location.

The store I answered the survey questions for is in Mission. The Harlingen store is very frustrating to shop at. Finding an associate is impossible. A couple of weeks ago I walked the entire store to no avail. A gentlemen stopped me asked if I needed help.He was not in a H.D. vest. He got me help. I found out he was there from the Brownsville store.

Good Customer Service And Everything Available For My Purchases...

Store always has store associates that are ready to help a customer,,,and i really appreciate that.

Friendly and helpful employees.. Organized and easy to find things that I needed.

My spouse has always had good things to say about Home Depot and I never had any reason to doubt his experience. My two thumbs up for Home Depot presented itself on Easter day. Our water heater had sprung a leak and my son and I went to purchase one. The salesman who was in that department was extremely helpful in assisting in all matters of it, the hoses, gallons per household members... and explaining Water Heaters 101. We had at least eight unexpected guests at our house and my spouse out of town- stress was not enough to explain my week. Need less to say it was a very settling encounter and having the salesman help in this matter was God sent. it is the "little things that matter" a simple gesture of kindness is all it takes to calm things down. Thank you and your staff for your help in the past and present.

My opinion of Home Depot was changed dramatically today (and for the better!) thanks to the wonderful service we received. On a large shopping trip for light fixtures, one gentleman in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and make wise decisions. And we shopped so much quicker by having him accompany us. Definitely recommend finding someone in the store and sticking with them! I was also pleased with their good prices, selection, and excellent product availability. We purchased several multiples of products, and they had everything we needed in stock. I will definitely return to the Harlingen store!

Store Employees are never around ..Always hiding ..

The store was stocked and clean. Shopped in the garden center. Could have used a little more staff to help customers but overall was a great shopping experience. Love the new colored pots. Great price.

The store provided great service, the product was great and was able to check out quickly.

Watch the priceS marked on products. I found cedar planking marked 24.97 in one area and 29.97 in another. I have shopped here numerous Times. Mistakes happen but Sku numbers should be reviewed for accuracy

Store associates do not assist you for anything!!!

Trying to get help when selecting anything is an impossible at almost any HD store at any store in the RGV. Employees will only interact as briefly as needed to charge you. If you ever go to the lines and ask for help, they will call somebody, and you have more chances of winning the Megamillions than getting somebody to help you. I try to like you guys, but it's impossible. You have competitive prices, but your customer service while shopping is the very worst. Not worst, is non existent. Don't blame the employees, or even managers, look at your BOD, procedures, company policies, and there you'll find the reason. I'm sure of that.

every associate i came across kept sending me to someone else and no one was able to help out..the worst was the manager, spoke to him on phone and hung on me and went to lunch..he said he'd get to me when he could..

the staff are generally helpful, pleasant. Stocks are usually available. Store is moderately clean and neat.

Nice to find things quickly when I'm in a hurry to repair something at home.

I was very pleased with the help I got in the kitchen design department .

They should have the associates that work there do most of they're stocking overnight or in early morning hours. Everytime I go they seem to have isles closed to do stocking. very uncomfortable.

Friendly assiciates, always ready to answer questions and give advice and find what I am looking for. It is out of my way to go to Home Depot instead of Lowes', but always prefer home depot, mainly because of the helpfulness of the associates

was looking for an unusual item. two associates could not find it, went to internet, Janet found it and reserved for me to pick up. was waiting when I got there.. Thanks, Janet !

all in all good experience shopping clean and clutter free store

The Customer service, was exceptional, they were very helpful. They were knowledgeable, took the time to show as well as explain the items specifications we would need for our dryer. The cashiers were awesome, friendly, efficient and had a positive attitude.

Felix was a very helpful associate and the experience was painless and efficient.

customer service was top notch, the store isles were clean and i was able to finish my purchase with ease. also the restrooms were clean, my wife did appreciate that.

Products were very easy to find and associates were more than willing to help.

I was very upset with the treatment we received that day,buy asking the gentalmsn in the electrical dept for help and he left said he would be right back but never did and i stopped anothe gentalman and he got us some one

Store was bright, clean, with a great open feeling. Store personnel were open friendly and knowledgeable of store and products. Great experience.

This store is well stocked and it was easy to find what I wanted at the paint section. There were associates available, however, I did not need any assistance for this purchase. I already knew exactly what I wanted and how much.
