JUST WALKING AROUND THE STORE 3 ASSOCIATES INQUIRED IF I NEEDED HELP. IN THE "OTHER" STORE (NEAR BY) I FIND MYSELF LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATES TO HELP ME AND WHEN I FINALLY FIND ONE, I OFTEN GET TOLD THEY ARE HELPING SOMEONE ELSE. SO I HAVE TO LINGER TO EVENTUALLY GET HELP. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I USUALLY WANT IN AND OUT OF THE STORE.

Bought a vanity top online and received the item broken 3 different times before I finally decided to just cancel and ask for a refund. Not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience it caused me. Very disappointed.

They kept an accurate inventory and provided me a good customer service.

I was not treated with respect. I'm an elderly lady and I needed help but there was only one man who helped me. I felt like I was not worth helping. I hope that the employee will learn to have respect.

Store is bright, clean, and you don't have to hunt for an employee. They come to you! Shock!!

The Harrisonburg store was clean and easy to locate what we needed. The sales person who waited on us was helpful and easily found what we needed.

Great Atmosphere, Great Sales People who actually care about you, your budget, + to get you in the system, so you can leave as soon as you walked in, which in turn gives them more time to help other customers. Our Maytag Dryer is exactly what we wanted with help from Stephanie D'Angelo, she was there as we were requiring assistance, I think she had a mirror or camera on us, because as soon as they paged her, she just showed up out of nowhere. She was very impressive while she got us in + right back out the store. We were Happy Campters to say the least as we made our appointments in town. Everything was Great + Felt Right

Harrisonburg store is clean, well stocked, and the associates are friendly and helpful. Those in specific department are knowledgeable about their products and helpful with questions. Prices are comparable to other stores in our area. We seem to be shopping more at this store than our previous favorite.

I like this store...even when its busy you can usually find someone to help you.

Everyone at the Harrisonburg Home Depot is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist even if you are not shopping in "their" department. The store is nicely maintained and they had everything in stock that I needed. On this visit, I even returned a box of flooring which was the wrong color but had been i.ncluded in with my other boxes. I was quickly offered a refund or store credit. I also shopped in the flooring and then in the doors departments. The whole experience was very positive

The store is clean, the associates friendly and helpful. That is how they suck you in. We recently bought a major appliance. The Home Depot website talks about how they will help in any way within 48 hours, if we call with a problem. Don't believe it. We discovered a problem after our range was delivered and signed for. We made numerous phone calls to Home Depot. One assistant manager said he would call us back quickly, and we never heard from him. We had to call back to talk to the head manager. (He offered a refund, LESS 25% RESTOCKING FEE. What??!! This defective unit goes back on your shelf for resale?) That is our (ongoing) experience. We've been shuffled to the Samsung vendor by the Home Depot store manager because "we can't help you." Our frustration level with Home Depot is through the roof. Our recommendation: go to Lowe's for any major appliances.

You have a very friendly store everyone goes out of there way

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. They always will walk with me clear across the store to find one little specific screw, bolt, or tiny part I always seem to need, and show me exactly where it is on the shelf before asking if I need anything else before they go. Very impressive customer service. Well stocked and I always find what I need in the store. I highly recommend this Home Depot over other home improvement stores because of the low prices, and the excellent customer service.

We received great assistance today from a knowledgeable and professional associate. Hopefully the order will be delivered on time and in perfect condition so we will continue to feel positive toward this transaction.
